This makes the Turner signing Mute to a point but also solid cause while now the Warriors will be near impossible to beat atleast the Blazers have a guy in Turner who can cover - Klay , Durant maybe curry to a smaller degree and maybe Green too.
Bogut is available for nothing. I expect Bogut In a Blazers Jersey after Gasol signs with San Antonio.
Bogut to Portland -- may i throw up now or later -- NM -- if it happens will be NOW and then more later -- LOL
I prefer this to OKC. Goldenstate was going to be good no matter what. Now OKC drops. Westbrook will leave next year.
I want to see his bullshit letter. Fuck this. No one else is winning until these dudes get hurt. Also, players tribune is dead.
They said that about The Heatles and it took them a while to get it together. I predict they break 150 in a game, though.
Here's the bullshit letter in full: Kevin Durant Deputy Publisher This has been by far the most challenging few weeks in my professional life. I understood cognitively that I was facing a crossroads in my evolution as a player and as a man, and that it came with exceptionally difficult choices. What I didn’t truly understand, however, was the range of emotions I would feel during this process. The primary mandate I had for myself in making this decision was to have it based on the potential for my growth as a player — as that has always steered me in the right direction. But I am also at a point in my life where it is of equal importance to find an opportunity that encourages my evolution as a man: moving out of my comfort zone to a new city and community which offers the greatest potential for my contribution and personal growth. With this in mind, I have decided that I am going to join the Golden State Warriors. I’m from Washington, D.C. originally, but Oklahoma City truly raised me. It taught me so much about family as well as what it means to be a man. There are no words to express what the organization and the community mean to me, and what they will represent in my life and in my heart forever. The memories and friendships are something that go far beyond the game. Those invaluable relationships are what made this deliberation so challenging. It really pains me to know that I will disappoint so many people with this choice, but I believe I am doing what I feel is the right thing at this point in my life and my playing career. I will miss Oklahoma City, and the role I have had in building this remarkable team. I will forever cherish the relationships within the organization — the friends and teammates that I went to war with on the court for nine years, and all the fans and people of the community. They have always had my back unconditionally, and I cannot be more grateful for what they have meant to my family and to me.
This team is way better than the Heatles. Take a 73 win team and add a top 5 player. Fuck the league, the next CBA needs to change this type of bullshut.
It's never that simple. Look at the Lakers when they added Karl Malone. Think of it this way: who's KD taking shots from? He's probably not as good a defender as Barnes and he'll feel like he has to fit in. Also Curry and co will feel like they have to help him fit in. If they're a juggernaut out of the gate I'll be amazed. I don't get the hate. Why not have a great team so that every time they lose it's a holiday. And they will lose. Maybe more than last year's team, which had had time to really mesh. There's no fucking way the league will prevent this - this is great for the league!
@Boob-No-More . Welp, you got your wish of the eventual demise of OKC. Can't wait for Westbrook to leave now.
Thanks durant. You not only fucked the league, but you also fucked nba2k17. Everybody i play online is gonna pick the warriors and jack up 3's all game.
They did their best to avoid this. The TV deal showed and messed everything up. Also, the players for rejecting the smoothing of the cap. Also, Steph Curry getting paid peanuts. Buncha reasons why this was even possible, but still painful to read.
