Maybe the dam is going to break. Just hear Olney state on ESPN that per a Cashman podcast that if other teams are interested in individual players comma the Yankees will listen. Moves need to be made, this franchise has gone from the "Evil Empire" to Romper Room".
I've come so close to throwing stuff through my TV screen watching these overpaid do nothing stumblebums . There isn't one position player save possibly McCann at times that I can respect. Used to be if you missed a game you did a post game check to see how the team did. Now you post game score check to see how bad they got their ass kicked. Those 64-73 teams were bad but no one had expectations. This group does have expectations but are unable to reach them. Yankee Fans especially those with a long history of following this team are not happy. River Avenue Blues may be a Yankees Blog but the writers cut no one any slack. Hard to watch Goober and Clod (Ellsbury & Gardner) flail and Fail. Ditto Bump (Tex) ducking the job and riding the sick books. These posers can't put up so ship their asses elsewhere.
Michael I agree, like I said, I've been pleased with Castro, Gregorius & Beltran, Hell even CC ,but the rest of the team has been one huge disappointment.
I will 3rd that motion, notion. Yanx should be offering returns on Tickets, for making Fans have to watch this group of over paid, over the hill gang... its been a horrid first half; worth vomiting over.... I don't expect to see the Yanx (like Michael mentioned, plus add late 80s-early 90s era), be true contenders until this drought gets worse first...
Kinda adds a whole new meaning to the quote "Sometimes things have to get worse before they get better".
