...most of us have been talking about this for awhile now so it shouldn't come as a surprise...but some of the names mentioned are a surprise...could be a total rebuild.

...but the real question is if Cashman has the grey matter to pull it off?...and no, I don't mean his underwear.

Saw that myself, applaud it if it materializes, I'd have to wonder who's behind the "sale" order. Too bad its Cashman who'll be the dealer.

...love McCann but if they could move him, Gardner, Beltran, CC, Eovaldi, Chapman, and Miller, they could get a truckload in return and trim the payroll a ton too...that would put the Yanx in a very good position for the future.

...it's just a shame that it has come to this...should never have happened...and as fans we should not have been forced to endure a poor product by Yankee standards for so long.

I like Mc Cann myself, much more so than any of the position players. I heard that Betran wants to stay put, pretty sure he has a no trade clause, we'll see. As for the rest if the Yankees can get more than what they give right on. Heard that A-hole would not accept a buy out or "early" retirement, fine release him. I posted in another area today, tis team has gone form Evil Empire to Romper room.

Saw a small ESN blurb stating that the Yankees should let Beltran go to a contender. I'm sure that any of the division leaders or Wild Card hopefuls would like to see him on their club. I've heard that Beltran wants to stay put and I do believe he has a no trade clause.

...^^^gotta believe that if the Yanx start jettisoning his team mates he'll waive the N'TC.

Wouldn't you know it, for years under Cashman getting players to move through their farm system and land
with the parent club has been futile & pathetic...........so now "the plan" is to procure other team's talent with the
'Big Yankee sell off-athon'..........this action does not save Cashman's ass. It just proves how he diminished
    The Yankee Tradition.

Alex Rodriguez has been nothing less than the cancer that runs in that dressing room.

Yep that is true, but they will have to come up with a sweet return. I heard that Cleveland is interested but without looking it up not sure if Napoli is filling that position. But again I heard he has a no trade clause. Gardner had some value a couple years ago but dumbass Cashman gave him a big raise. I'd like to see Ellsbury gone but that would be a tough assignment.

^^^^Michael, Beltran has a limited no trade clause. He cannot be traded to 15 ML clubs but can be traded without his permission to Clev, Det, Wash, KC, Dodgers, Tampa bay, SL & 7 other clubs.

I'm all for the total rebuild but hope cashman is fired for accumulating this pile of shit before so they get someone in there who actually knows talent. And yes, both a-rod and headley need to be released. Time to see what the kids below have and restock with young players from all the trades. This team right now is a flaming pile of horse shit!!!

    talent?
