Kluber: tough assignment, hope Green pitches as well against this contender as he did against the Padres!

Tribe starts game with two HRs..welcome to the big leagues Chad. Now mix in some breaking balls and don't try and sneak too many fastballs down the pipe until you have the hitters thinking about your breaking balls.
    Got it? Good.

So much for Chad Green's last start. It's batting practice for the Indians.

4-0, 1st inning, that is a big bus for this group to catch.

Where the hell is his breaking ball I saw vs SD?
He's thrown all fastballs and one shitass hanging changeup in the first inn resulting in 3 HRs.

Fuckin McCann. Thanks for helping the kid out.

Gregorius is on every pitch. Not getting fooled very often and spraying the ball around. He's beginning to look like a good seasoned hitter.

Another Homer 6-0 Tribe, and Joe the Genius has someone getting up in the bullpen. Maybe JTG, an ex-ML catcher should tell his "veteran" catcher and his young SP to try and establish the breaking ball instead of doubling and tripling fastballs...especially to guys who hit HRs.
Mike Napoli has made his living hoping for fastballs in the zone...and the fuckin idiot McCann called for ANOTHER fastball right after Napoli smashed one foul....the next one wasn't foul.

Yes indeed, Green also takes responsibility- but Girardi and McCann should know better. I think it really is time to change the culture of this dugout and coaching staff......yeah fire Cashman also...no problem...sell the team too. This organization don't know what the fuck it's doing...and I include the people ON THE FIELD.

Right now I'm worried less about Green (in his 2nd ML start) than the assholes coaching and running this team.

    I can't take it anymore.....
6-0 Cleveland, bottom 5th one out.....
....Green strikes out his 6th batter with a sharp breaking ball and keep in mind not ONE curveball was called by McCann in the first inn when Cleve was hitting 3 HRs and taking a 4-0 lead....(another genius).
....at this point IMO this game is about trying to bring Green along....
....so, after Green gets his 6th K swinging on a breaking ball, he gives up a single (on a hanging curve) and Joe the Genius quickly walks to the mound and removes Green and brings in Bleier after Green threw 85 pitches.
Now here's where I have a problem with pussyass Girardi - imo he should've allowed Green to either complete the 5th inn or until he allowed the baserunner to score, maybe possibly getting through the 6th inning in the process. THIS is how you develop young SP. This is a valuable test and learning process for Green or any other kid pitcher....wtf was the purpose of removing Green after 85 pitches? Was Joe the Genius concerned about Green's "confidence" being damaged? Lmao, he already allowed four runs on 3 HRs and the best thing JTG could've done is take a trip to the mound and tell the kid he wants him to try and get out of the inning without further damage - then take it from there. That's how you turn kid pitchers into men....and you can bet your bottom dollar the kid WANTS to redeem himself in anyway.
But pussyass Joe the Genius preferred to bring in some journeyman middle reliever....who promptly allowed two more runs to score.

By the way, when was the last time you saw Joe the Genius walk out to the mound just to TALK to his pitcher? How often? Lol
I guess he doesn't know what to say in the heat of the battle.

He couldn't "manage" a telephone booth.
If firing Cashman AND selling the team is what it's going to take to get rid of Girardi- I'm ALL in.

...it must be Joe the genius's fault...or maybe McCann's?....doesn't really matter what pitches are called if the pitcher can't hit his spots...regardless of who the pitcher is.

    ...do another shot.

...^^^like I said, apparently it's Girardi's and McCann's fault...pitchers are not responsible for the the pitches they throw.
