Re: Memphis Cleanout!!!! Okay, Gasol is most likely to be traded now, most likely to Boston, Chicago or Minnesota. I hope he goes to Chicago...why? Because they are stacked with young stars and a very attractive pick from the NY Knicks. If somehow we can work out a deal with them like Gasol for Deng, Thomas and that pick for Gasol, that would be great for both teams. Bulls finally get that low post prescence they desperatley need, and Memphis has very single tool possible to rebuild into a real contender. Weve hit and missed twice...3 is a lucky charm. Eddie Jones will most likely be waived later on, not to mention that cap we have this offseason for a major free agent. So memphis has the possibility to become a even better team by taking a step back, to take 2..well if we get Oden...10 steps foward. Ive always like Gasol, but I dont want him here if he doesn't want to be here. We might suck this season, but Memphis is going to be a powerhouse in the coming years....theres no way around it.
Re: Memphis Cleanout!!!! I don't see Chicago giving up Thomas and Deng plus the knicks pick but what do I know. I haven't read up on anything about rumors of where he'll go or anything but I can't wait to see what happens.

They would have a stacked lineup with Hinrich, Gordon, Noc, Gasol, and Wallace, and still have some depth in Sefolosha, Sweet, Griffen, and Allen.
