Saw an article today about two male participants of a 2007 Connecticut home invasion robbery had their death sentences commuted to life imprisonment. Apparently the State of Connecticut found Death by Execution "cruel and unusual punishment. The two home invasion participants robbed, raped, then doused their female victims with gas setting them afire. Worse part was that the town police were aware of the situation but failed to respond in a timely manner. Both were caught, convicted, and sentenced to death. I'd say they way they took their victims out leaves no choice but to kill those assholes but I'd sure think of a more violent method to do so. I've heard people say that the state has no right to take lives, I say that those who commit violent crimes have forfeited their lives by their actions toward other human beings.

IMO, the victims family should decide the killers fate...if they decide life in prison, fine....if they decide they want to bludgeon them to death, so be it...supply them with louisville sluggers.

...and fwiw, its also long over due to bring back chain gangs.

And now there's another flaming asshole in Nevada approaching trial for murdering a 75 year old. The idiot has Nazi support and swastika tattoos on his face. The judge and attorneys state that the man will not get a "fair & impartial" trial. So a cosmetologist will be used to apply cover make up to hide the tattoos. Betcha the taxpayers are paying for that one. Tatoos are a personal choice, let it ride, and don't worry about the "influence" on a fair trial. But then again, some liberal lawyer out to make a name for himself would probably scream unfair. Any lawyer who would defend some scumbag like that knowing the evidence is stacked must be nuts.

Our judicial system is confused, broken, over worked, and rarely provides true justice....

In Hillary's case, the Judicial system went south, we will probably find out in another decade how dirty a deal this all was, (her private Server for TSAR data).....and to what extent did China, N. Korea, Russia hack her server, but then this latest DNC email scam, She's using the Russian's to blame, instead of blaming the flaming bitch's for collusion long prior to Wikileaks....

Alright, and justifiably so in Smack City... hoot hoot. How long before un-educatable masses begin to burn the City down; in protests of the Courts decision....at least here in L.A. most rioting (blacks), predominately burned down their own shopping centers, and neighborhoods too....ignorant fools the entire lot of 'em....! Let 'em burn...
