    You have it all wrong

I didn't go originally because of that. it was an added perk. Now that I have been getting hair cut there, and enjoy the boobs, why would I go anywhere else?

    Samesies.

Though I've been cutting my own hair for the last 15 years.

Been about 10 years for me. Can't justify paying someone else to run clippers over my head.

Boobs are a good enough reason to do anything.

I used to cut my own years ago, but super curly and thick hair is tricky. I ended up burning out a couple razors which negates any savings, so I went back to getting my hair done.

However, I need to get my hair cut now, and was thinking about going into the hairstylest school downtown. It only costs $5 and then you tip $5 and they spend time being real careful and particular. I havent been in a long while, used to go a few years ago. They did a pretty good job and were always appreciative of being able to work on curly hair. Often the teacher would come by and provide a little instruction on tricks for kinky hair.

And for me, even if they do fuck up, not a big deal, with fast growing curly hair, the next day mistakes are lessened, and most mistakes are completely vanished after a week. Plus, usually there are no mistakes. My normal hair cutter charges $25, plus I add a $5 tip, so it ends up costing 1/3 to go to the school, and its kind of fun.

Just get some buzzers with various length settings, you can't really mess up. If you have a longer hair style, you probably wouldn't want to do it yourself though. Worst case scenario, you end up with a buzz cut.

A barber makes you look like everyone else. When you cut your own hair, you look like the angels broke the mold when they designed you. You appear to have great strength of character.

Believe it or not it works surprisingly well. I got a longer guard attachment off of Amazon that leaves about an inch and a half of hair on the top so that it looks like more than just a buzzcut and I can side part it and shit. Nobody has given me any weird looks anyway.

I've been growing my hair out for half of a year and it's firmly in the awkward stage and looks much worse than when I use the clippers for what it's worth.

I've been thinking of doing this the last couple days, I haven't had a haircut since May 2015 and I'm finally out of the awkward stage so it's kind of a major internal debate for me.

While I wouldn't advise using the same Clippers on your head and pubes, I use Clippers all the time, and cut my own hair...fuck if I can going to pay 15-20 bucks for someone else to do what I can do myself...p.s. does the pube beard go over well with the ladies?

My hair is honestly getting unfeasibly long. But Ima cheap bastard and im thinking of letting my anarchist/gutter punk neighbor.... "skinhead" it for me. Not lIke a bad skinhead look... but a good one who wears a Pork pie hat and listens to Prince Buster!

If you're out of awkward stage I'd rock that shit until next spring and enjoy it for the winter with beanies. Get yourself a number 3 all over next spring and enjoy a cold head for summer.

I forgot how awful having medium going over your ears and bangs down past your eyes hair is for the summer too btw.

I bought a bore bristle comb for my beard and it makes it look a lot less pubey and normal looking, having dem Indian cheekbones and a decent beard doesn't hurt in the slightest in that regard.

Just get an 8 on the top and skinhead it on the sides, or get one of those hipster undercuts that are all the rage. I had one and it was nice looking.

Luckily I'm a master of the man bun so summer hasn't been too bad, but my scalp is so dry. So much easier to have a healthier scalp with a fade.
