So this piece of garbage stole a motorcycle (allegedly) and the judge is having his tattoos covered up.

This is what I hate about our legal system. Is the victim not going to be allowed to testify that the guy who robbed him looked like a circus freak?

If the victim does describe what this freak looks like, how could the jury convict? They would think they had the wrong guy.

No way, court is about truth. If his asshole tattoo is relevant then it should be exposed.

In my local paper in the arrest records some guy had a swastika tattoo on his neck, what is the thought process there?

 

What do you mean? His thought process was something along the lines of "I'm a worthless piece of garbage and I want everyone to know"
