    I sat right behind Steve and his wife in church yesterday. Shook hands and said hello. He's a classy guy and, in my mind, it will always be the Blazers version of him that I'll remember.

    The author is a nitwit if he thinks Blake wouldn't kick the everloving shit out of Fareid. No fucking way Fareid lasts more than fifteen seconds before tapping (or passing) out.

    Steve Blake is one of my all time favorite Blazers but......what a stupid f***ing article. The writer is clearly bored and reaching for something to fill his day. What a self absorbed moron. That said, what the current squad of nice guys needs is an angry ass kicker exactly like Blake. One of the most under appreciated guys who ever wore the red and black.....

    The theme seemed to be that Blake doesn't enjoy basketball and is boring to watch but is a nice guy outside the game.

    I have discovered a few things perusing this article.

    1. This writer has WAY to much time on his hands.

    2. Put the bong down dude.

    3. Drop some of the preteniousness. You're writing about basketball, not The Golden Bowl.

    I don't know if he'd appreciate me mentioning it, but I think it shows what kind of a guy he is. Last summer, he went down to Central America with a church team and spent a week helping build a community well to provide clean water to a village that didn't have access to it before. Just a really good dude.
