Wizards have no big men whatsoever, their biggest guys who can actually play/shoot is Antawn Jamison. Before Gil came we were a 30 win team, now even if we're not amazing like the Suns or the Mavs we're something.

I don't hate Arenas, he's one of my favorite players. But when fans and coaches vote you in to the All-Star game and pay money to go to the games, they want to see a good game where players play hard. If he doesn't care about the All-Star game, then don't accept the frikin bid to play in it.Arenas says things that question his game mentality a lot. I'm not saying Arenas isn't a great player, because he is, and he's one of my favorite players, but that doesn't mean he doesn't say stuff that questions his mentality. Whether it's him always bashing Kobe or him saying "I guarantee I'm going to win the All-Star MVP award." a couple seasons ago, some things he says questions whether he plays to win, or plays for himself, to get good stats and win awards.

If you don't think he's being stupid, then I don't know what to say. Again, if ANY other NBA player said this stuff, I guarantee you the media would be all over this (especially guys like Kobe, AI, etc.). Way to show respect for the game that got you millions of dollars Gilbert! And he's well on his way to becoming the T.O. of the NBA... you think this is going to stop? I don't really mind what he said, but he shouldn't have said it in the first place. I am sure most players will tell you similar things about being in the ASG, but you just can't tell the media about it. It gives you a bad image and name amongst your fans and the media.But he is nowhere NEAR TO's level, though.

BTW, the Kobe remark was not meant to be towards u, btw he's no where near egotistical he loves his teammates and works well w/ his orginization, he loves the game of basketball and there's no question about his work ethic.
