It just wouldnt happen, he'd maybe get 60, but he'd have to be feeling it, and in college, referees dont favor stars, so he wouldnt get the 12-15 FT's per game that he gets.
Yeah I really don't see how it could happen unless Gil shot every possesion and made atleast 50% of his shots. Keep in mind that in College you only play 40 minutes and there's a 35 second shot clock which means less possesions. 60-70 points seems do able for Gil but 84+ just seems like way too much of a stretch.
