Mets to the .500 and they're more dreadful at the plate than the Yankees.

Yeah Vic, they just got swept by the Diamondbacks. I was watching earlier but turned it off after it was 8-o.

The Mets lineup is missing too many pieces and they simply cannot hit. Not to mention the Daniel Murphy situation completely blew up in their face. In fairness nobody thought they were allowing their division rival to scoop up this years possible batting champion.

This is when their post game press conferences are entertaining with Crybaby Collins.

Next to last in MLB scoring (Phillies last)
    Last in MLB, BA
Yet they're just 3G out of a WC spot.
Just shows what good pitching can do- keep a putrid offensive club afloat.
They're 3rd in MLB in ERA and 2nd in SV%

Murph is in the top 10 in numerous Offensive Catagories, RBI's he's 3rd, et al. The failure to keep Murph; definitely blew up in the Mets face, then some....

ntm- M. Prado is batting .321 & 7th in the NL in B'avg.....damn it, what in the fk did Trashman and Tadpole see in Headley, that they couldn't see in Prado....???

(recall Hal reminded everyone He was in charge, not Brian, his gopher boy).... so who is too blame?

Can't say, I've been impressed with our Farm and Scouting Director's. The moves to bring in prospects, will try their abilities to know a Gamer of a player when they see one, if they can see at all.......I just hope no one fks up, the trades made....!!!

^^^Prado and Phelps are much > than anyone the Yanx got in return...plus like I said last night, if they had kept Prado we would not be stuck with Headley.
