bull....this story was all over the news as soon as it happened...it's tragic..I have a deaf cousin and his world is filled with problems we don't even think about.

Look, these shootings of civilians by police are not a deaf problem, no a white problem, not a black problem. They are a problem of poor police training. Police are supposedly trained to handle a variety of situations, but most of all they are trained to kill.
