I literally JUST saw something that worried me. Amare and Shawn fought each other for a board and shawn grabbed it away and ran up court. Amare seemed rather angry. Those 2 constantly worry me. I think for this season at least they'll stay pat, but in the future I unfortunately think a trade may just happen.
Do you have a clip of this? Yeah, there has been alot that's been said about the chemistry between the two lately. I hope it won't be too big of a problem but if it does, we may see a trade happen. What a shame.
O wow, never knew about that, but it would suck if one of them wanted to leave cause they didn't like each other. That will suck and everyone is playing so well too, and Marion and Stoudamire are both their top defenders, and that will hurt their chances of making their team into a balance of defence.
They have fought eachother for boards many times this season. I expected Marion to be traded soon for cap reasons anyway so it will be no shock to me if he's gone in the next two seasons.
Marion is a real jackass. Saying he should've been MVP last year, always saying he's underrated. Always padding his stats. CONSTANTLY complaining that he's under-appreciated. I'll be happy when he misses the allstar team.

Shawn Marion has already publicly expressed his feelings towards Amare Stoudemire, they have been known to have a shaky relationship in the past. I do however think that their chemistry has been much better this year then ever before. They are spending a decent amount of time together off the court and even went to a few college basketball games together. I'm glad to see them getting alone and winning basketball games.
Hawks do really bad this year .. suns get there pick and draft durant and trade marion and there lineup will look like thisnashbelldurantdiawamarebetter ? lol " : )

Trade Marion for some expiring contract and a 1st or 2 and maybe a good big man
Irony is reading a thread that mocks Shawn Marion for complaining that he's underrated, while the people that mock him underrate him.Marion "pads" his stats? Are you kidding? You're suggesting that him hustling all over the court is a selfish act of stat padding? Stoudemire has an enourmous ego, and Shawn is horrible in dealing with the media. He is an amazing athletic freak at 6'7, and he is underrated. Shawn makes bad decisions with regards to his offensive game, but that's really his only fault. While I get just as frustrated as everyone else with his 3 point jackings... I also think it helps open up his one on one game. Without Shawn we lose a good number of games due to our lack of defense. There are very few players who can guard all 5 positions the way that Shawn can. Having the ability to put Marion on the opposing team's best scorer does a lot to help Steve and Amare get theirs. There are not a lot of players in the league with his offensive talent, that would put defense first. I wouldn't look to much into Amare and Shawn fighting over boards. The know that their best chance to win a title is this year.
Marion has done great things for the suns, still is. I wouldnt want him to leave. Who cares if players have complained or spoke their minds? I would rather players speak out then not.
the suns will not and can not afford to trade Marion for a Rookie. let's look at the big picture here marion can put up 40 (as you saw last year) without a single play even run to him. Some games he grabs 20 rebounds without even being noticed, not to mention being the suns top shot blocker and "theif.

Teams are now under some tough competiton for pure suckingness.4-5 weeks ago I was biting my nails exactly like lebron over the freefall that atlanta was taking, but recent developments are making this one though cookie to crack open as far as predicting who will be the leaders of the 4-8th worst bottom feeders. In the most recent vomit inducing development boston has lost 14, yes, 14 games in a row in what I would bet is an attempt to hit the oden territory and boy are quite a few other teams starting to stink it up.The bottom of the nba is growing like a large black hole, swallowing team after team in its massive girth of Greg Oden wrought destruction. Before it was pretty much 4 teams far and away in the lottery with atlanta fast approaching the #3 slot but now with other teams taking notice after passing this half point that their playoff hopes are gone, their impending fate has lead them to start to crank up the cheese meter. Lets take a look at how things are now! Oh the joy!In order of teams doing the worst:1. Memphis 12 352. Boston 12 34 (lost 14 in a row *cough* tanking *cough*)3. Philadelphia 15 334. Seattle 17 305. Charlotte 17 296. Atlanta 17 277. Milwaukee 18 298. Sacramento 18 26Thank god more teams are taking part in the lottery, now atlanta getting 1-3 worst would take a miracle, and hopefully they don't do TOO bad so that they can remain in the 6-8 place, 5th place is still pretty dangerous for them to pull out the lucky 1-3rd pick or so.If I had my choice I would want them to probably finish 7th or 8th so risk of them getting 1-3 seed would be very small but once you hit milwaukee though you get to a team that once over injury might take a stab at making a big push and getting into the playoffs, so look for the hawks to probably stay at 6th worst, but will sactown start to tank it?Anyway, As far as our atlanta pick is concerned right now, things are looking pretty good!</div>I would definitely give up Marion for a chance at Durant. Marion will be useless a few years down the line as his athletic ability starts to decline with age and this team is getting old. We need to start thinking about the future, and while I love Marion, Durant could be a great player for us and we'll need a stud to take over soon. The next 2 or 3 off-season's are crucial to building a team that'll last longer. This current one will be done in 2 years.
I doubt the Suns will win the NBA Championship anytime soon. Why? They run such a high pace game, by the time the real season starts, they are going to be sore, tired, and there may be some significant injuries too.

Rose, Jumaine Jones and Banks are all capable players. They should give the starters some rest and get used to how this team plays so that if there is an injury they can step up. But D'Antoni's being dumb. His coaching is great for our team chemistry but it's gonna wear the players out so it won't matter. If we can get the 1st seed and win round 1 quickly then I think we'll be okay for the playoffs though, but with how strong the West is there's going to be some very tough series.
