    Need a game from Tanaka.
This KC team just knows how to put things together and rattle off wins during crunch time, the team has balls and talent.
    Go Yanks!

Judge is big enough to hunt bears with a switch, hope he reaches out with the bat and gets some hits. Tank on the mound, one can watch the game. A win tonight gives the Yankees the season series.

Yeah, Yanks need to take this series the hard way after dropping one last night. Taking this series would certainly stop the leak and give the Yanks a good chance to gain ground on a couple of other WC chasers, easier said than done.
I don't expect the Yanks to go on a winning streak in September while playing so many good teams who are battling for a playoff spot.....lmao, they have 14 games left with Toronto and Boston, even the Dodgers are coming into YS for 3 games.

Yanks would be doing very well taking "2/3" the rest of the way....these next few games are exciting because the Yanks could fall by the wayside if they do poorly. Yanks can either be a couple of games out, or 6-7 games in the first week of September.

    agreed, smells like a victory....

I found out last night, I had lost my best friend, to Leukemia; suddenly with little to no warning. (1 of the most avid MLB Fans/Historian's) I've ever known. Age 72 and out-

I'm stuck in a funk......ie staring mindlessly blank at the screen...! Even a bag of Cheetos won't solve this one, ...

I think of Aug 4th 1979, and how the Team had to take to the field, missing their infamous Catcher Munson, how in the hell did those guys even play that game??? (we just spoke of this recently)...

It's always tough to lose someone close. I've got your back. Have a strong drink and try to relax.
A Yankee victory may help. Just go for another strong drink. To get numb won't hurt.

Offense is stranding too many runners this evening, Yankees should be up more than they are.

At delay start I checked KC weather. Per what I read the storm was to be of 3 hours duration. Gott get up at 0 Dark 30 and take the squeeze to the doctor. Be nice if the game were made official.
