    The oceans in SoCal are awesome. Sport fishing is a big industry. The sea gulls and pelicans aren't starving. See dolphins out near the surfers all the time.

    There are lots of seals in their favorite places. In La Jolla Village, the stench from the seals is overwhelming.

    My last job in the Navy was floating around in a barge bumping fishing boats out of trouble...did that for almost half a year...played hoops on the Pacific Beach Courts..saw Bill Walton play there

    Good point. There's a 50% chance that she's an alien trying to take over our planet, so it's only natural that she'd want to hush up news about communications from the home planet.
