I have an appointment soon. I haven't had an attack in months, apple cider vinegar once a day has been great but I'm still going to talk to a doctor and have tests done.
Not a fan of drinking while eating at all. I'd rather have water honestly. Alcohol tastes gross, I ever drink unless I'm planning on getting drunk.
I have a trigger food for gout. Usually scallops. Havent had an attack in a while ever since i monitored seafood intake
I am going to grill a bone in ribeye tonight and open a bottle of carmenere I have had for about 18 months. Its going to be amazing
Me too! I see some post of mine I don't remember, and then I realize it's not mine, and that I haven't been drinking all that much after all. Well, ok, I really have been drinking that much, just kidding about that part. barfo
I love food and alcohol together. Though, if I'm going to eat something really heavy, I generally stick with a "lighter" drink - not light in terms of alcohol necessarily, but something more simple, colder, and refreshing (maybe a vodka tonic, or a very light, refreshing Riesling). If I'm cramming my face with a big plate, heavy red wines and beer are usually too much for me these days.
...this thread title is confusing to me what is the difference between 'Alcohol with Food' and 'alcohol with food' (besides the capital letters)?
