Well, often times around here certain people read what they want to hear instead of what is written. So yes, you are right, an in person beer drinking time is ALWAYS better :)

Today I learned that some media personalities believe that a lot of the uptick in officially-licensed NFL-team-site Kaepernick jersey sales is attributable to people wanting to dress like him for Halloween.

this is all a big conspiracy to boost the bottom line of the globalist ink supply cartel, who make extra money off all the extra letters in "kaepernick". since his jersey sales spiked there has been a surge in squid deaths, coincidence?!

If you work hard, contribute to society in a positive way, treat people with respect, educate yourself, etc etc etc, it doesnt matter what the color of your skin is, you can be successful in this country!
Are these hard working black people "oppressed"? No, they busted their asses to get where they are instead of waiting in line for the next handout and dont use the color of their skin as an excuse.

That's not my quote. That heading was the name of the article. That shows you obviously didn't click the link.

The amazing part of this all is that the so called anti-PC crusaders on the right are acting like the PC SJW in universities. It's ironic and hilarious.

Stupid A Smith tells a story about him being pulled over for slightly speeding. Soon there were multiple police cars and he was being treated like a criminal until domeone recognized him.

Now I have been pulled over, and nothing like that ever happens.

There is a disconnect, and there needs to be change

i got pulled over at 6am for a "california stop" at a stop sign on my way home from the gym. the cop didnt get out of her cruiser until backup arrived and then she stood behind my vehicle with hand on gun while he approached super slow hand on gun and asked for my credentials. i had my gf in the car and im just like i think we are about to get shot. i ended up getting a warning. then later that day i heard police were looking for a guy that matched my description. white, fat, beard for a vehicular homicide. i figure we all look alike and it was a fair mistake.

My Puerto Rican buddy walks to work at UPS every morning at 3am and gets harassed at least once a week. Usually for "matching a description".

This was my point earlier, the crybabies need a safe space where they won't get offended.

Protesting about said atrocities; not a big deal do your thing. But shitting on people that sacrificed their lives so that him and others can make millions playing football? No, that's just an asshole.

Myself, not offended one bit, he can do what he wants, when he wants, it's America. But I think it's a dick move, specially considering he's a celebrity getting massive attention.

I like what Shaq said on the topic -- http://www.foxsports.com/nba/story/...-protest-fox-and-friends-never-do-that-090716

"I don't know Colin, but again, to each his own. I don't really have a say on it, but I would never do that. My father was a military man, and you know, he protected this country. Uncles are in law enforcement, you know, they go out and work hard every day.

"Just, (there are) other ways to get your point across."

"My question is, how come you didn't do it last year? Or how come you didn't do it when you first entered the NFL?"

Why does that matter? So if a person didn't protest in the past they can't protest in the future?

You could fly the American flag in front of your house upside down because Hillary gets elected. But your neighbors could say you didn't do that when Bush and Obama were president, you can't do it now.

You know what would be awesome? If Kapernick continued to sit during the anthem and no one gave a shit. I mean seriously, why do you guys care so much what he does?
