Checking his patella for possible injury. While I don't like guys getting injured what an absolute horror his contract is for what he has produced the last two seasons.

...^^^ a member of the '32' club. gone are the days of leading the AL in SB's...

gone are the days of 90+ Runs Scored, gone is a lot. 1 thing he's never had is a strong arm; reminiscent of Damon...

...^^^Damon may have had the worst arm I ever saw on an OFer.

...reportedly, Headley is also now out with his back acting up again.

I think Gardner is worse............so that makes two horrible throwers in the Yankee OF.I saw Gardner throw
a four bouncer to 3rd base. And to add to their defensive woes, batting them one & two in the lineup
compounds their inept batting skills. Two gems who do not bring any glitter to the pinstripes.

defensively, Gardner ranks pretty well as a LF.

...^^^sure, he has enough raw speed to chase down fly balls that others may not be able to reach but his weak arm is what's being pointed out...as well as the fact that offensively he's below average for a corner OFer.

...he's not a bad OFer, but offensively the Yanx simply need more punch from that position.
