You believe in the Constitution right? It's unconstitutional. It violates the 4th Amendment.

I'll bet you won't say these corporate welfare mothers should get tested. They're the real fraud cases. Fucking Rick Scott had the largest Medicare fraud in history and he gets rewarded with getting to be governor. He's the one who had this law overturned.

And politicians are supposed to tell the truth.

Time after time these cops do scandalous shit. The apply force where it isn't necessarily needed every day. They plant faulty "evidence". They kill us while being unarmed almost everyday.

If you're afraid of letting in Syrian refugees because you think one of them might be a terrorist, how come you don't understand my fear of every police officer because I think one might be a murderer?

DeKalb County (that's Atlanta, Georgia) police had to meet quotas in arrests and tickets. So they planted drugs on innocents and in one case killed an old woman.

    http://www.myajc.com/news/news/loca...rnallink_referralbox_free-to-premium-referral
    ----------------
...In an affidavit in support of the suit, one former DeKalb officer said the squad had developed a rhyme early in the 2000s: “two tickets a day keep the sergeants away. Five a day keep the lieutenants at bay.”

...Mark Bullman, the attorney...has police department documents that show the statistics for individual officers. There are columns headed “citation goal,” “total citations” and “% to goal citations.” There are also listings for “arrest goal,” “total arrests” and “% to goal arrests.” Bullman has copies of “development improvement plans” for officers who were not meeting their goals that laid out what they needed to do to keep their jobs. The average requirement noted in the documents was one to two “custodial arrests” and two citations per shift.

...Records show DeKalb officers who didn’t make their numbers could be transferred to areas far from their homes, put on shifts that made it hard to spend time with their children, denied days off or approval for special training or not cleared to work extra jobs. In the extreme, officers could be fired, according to former DeKalb cops and written officers’ performance evaluations.

In one evaluation, a supervisor writes that a certain officer is required to “locate and investigate at least two suspicious persons on a daily basis and also two suspicious vehicles on a daily basis with a weekly average of eight suspicious persons and eight suspicious vehicles.” The officer also must make more traffic stops “and write a minimum of three citations a day with a weekly average of 12. “If the officer falls below the goal during any given week, the officer will be placed on a 90-day developmental plan and recommended for termination.”

And some people fear black people because they statistically commit more violent crime in America against themselves than any other race. This can go on and on and on.

I'd be more afraid of your own kind than police.

That's a good fucking point about refugees and your fear of cops. Now, I certainly don't want any refugees coming here and I certainly don't want cops killing people needlessly.

The real problem with this way of thinking is that there is another group that has to think along those lines. Cops.

If we brought in 20,000 Japanese refugees and 20,000 Syrian refugees which one would you think more likely to have terrorists among them? I'd say Syrians based on what we know.

Now, why do cops fear black people more? Why are white cops unable to see a black guy is having a medical emergency and taser him? Why are some just cold blooded killers?

There are a lot of questions that need answers. I just don't know if this lady cop will ever tell the truth 100 percent.

This would piss me off so bad if reversed. This is like saying all black people are gang members or all white people are trailer trash meth heads.

If cops see all black people the same way they shouldn't be cops. My neighbor is a retired veteran who goes to church every Sunday and has two LS460s that are completely stock.
There isn't anything about him that says criminal. He is black, if they fuck with him they're just assholes.

Well, I am not inferring anything about what Police may think. I am simply making a statistical statement to refute the fact that DVISS is scared of the police more so than his own race, which is more likely to kill him than a police officer. I think the stat is something like 45% or higher for black on black, from the last census/crime sheet from the FBI. (might be a little off)

Now, both you and I agree there are bad fucking cops out there and we've been on the receiving end of that stick.

You could go on to cite that Blacks are what 2.5 times or 4 times (dont have that stat handy) to die by police than other races, but again, the number of police shootings against blacks are far fewer than black on black murder.

Also, blacks make up around 13-14% of the population (2012), yet their share of the overall crime committed far exceeds all other races, except whites since they comprise of about 78% of the population.
You think to yourself, "see whites commit more crimes", but you reverse those numbers, and blacks are 78% of the population? Well the numbers skyrocket.
Normalizing the numbers doesn't help and you will still see black crime higher than whites.

So the data I am reading online (google it if you want) shows that while nonviolent crime are committed pretty much the same for each race, blacks commit more violent/aggressive crimes for their respective population.

He can stay away from anyone of any race EXCEPT the police. I stay away from gang areas in Las Vegas but I can't avoid the police anywhere.

We can't assume every person is living in the same situation. Statistics mean nothing when we are talking about fear.

This is a valid point, I do agree with. I mean theoretically you could never leave your house and then avoid them and theoretically you could say that staying away from anyone of any race is impossible. But realistically (in real world) people have interactions with police sometime in their lives and with others. But data still shows that non-police people will hurt someone more often and more likely than a police.

I am not trying to discount his fear, but more so show that it may be a little unfounded for these people to fear police more than their own.

If that's what you take from what I am writing then I am sorry I guess? It's not my intention to teach anyone what it's like to be any race. I am simply citing numbers to prove a point.

But sure, go ahead and be snarky :)
