If you look at the most livable cities in the world, they are fairly homogenous white or asian communities. Don't think that's a coincidence.
What do the Cities that have had large scale riots or that have been set a fire by the local population have in common?

Interesting thought. However, I guess his dad is past that point right now. He thought he would buy this place to use while the kid was in school then recoup the money selling it later. Now he is thinking he is probably screwed since apparently insurance does not cover riot damage. The place is totally fucked. Perhaps you have an in with the BLM?
Have you seen pictures? Has a police report been filed? Is your son going to sell the place at a loss? Has your son or grandson ever lived in Charlotte before?
