I'm not sure what you're inferring here but the only thing I can think of is that the police picked it up to clear it and then put it back. But like I asked earlier, is that even proper protocol?

Otherwise it was a clear plant and that fuck wad needs to go to jail.

It's not protocol to pick up the weapon with your bare hands. IMO it's clearly planted. The officer on the far right is the one who dropped it.

Now everytime a black man is shot by police it becomes a national story, even if the guy was weilding a gun, and some people immediately protest before the facts of the case have been revealed. The stats simply don't bear out the notion that blacks are shot disporportionately. We as a society definitly do need to be watch dogs over the police force and demand justice when their use of force is out of line. But this racial stuff is bullshit.

 

If more of them are prosecuted you'll see this happen less and less.

It is super fucking blurry but I watched it and clicked pause and start 50 times. The big guy in the red shirt bends over to holster his gun, the black guy in the middle looks to be holding a gun aimed at the guy on the ground. Just after the big guy holsters his gun, the black guy flicks his gun to the left like it is on fire. That black object comes from the left to the right.

We need more video. This shit is ridiculous.

I don't even think it was a gun, it would have bounced a few times. It came in from an angle and just stopped where it hit.

 

I still don't know if the guy had a gun or not but the cops are handing each other black gloves, probably nitrile. I use them at work every day. The video here was blurry as fuck. This one on yahoo is way better. They clearly thought he had a gun whether he did or did not.

Her telling her husband "don't you do it" over and over doesn't sound like he didn't have a gun.

 

They could have been putting on gloves to plant their clean hidden gun on him for all I know but it sure doesn't look like it. More likely they are putting on gloves to touch a blood covered guy they shot multiple times.
