This argument has also been made in favor of Trump. I certainly believe it a lot more in Johnson's case than Trump's - Trump has proven that he doesn't even hire mediocre people, much less great - Johnson's hiring abilities are mostly unknown to me. If Johnson made a great case that he surrounds himself with high-end advisors/subordinates, then I would excuse a certain lack of knowledge. However, Johnson hangs around with Libertarians, so that pretty much blows that theory. barfo
I think Gary Johnson was as shocked as we were that he'd even have a shot at the endgame...if he'd had a year of press and a support system, I'm sure he'd have approached this election better prepared. He got good reviews for 8 years as governor of New Mexico..that's where I started...I like his calm demeanor..reminds me of Terry Stotts

Detroit News endorses Gary Johnson Richmond Times endorses Gary Johnson Both newspapers are the predominant newspaper in their market.
So far the score on daily newspaper endorsements is Clinton 11, Johnson 5, Trump 0. Pretty amazing. barfo

A little information gathering might be prudent. Or at least a third grader's grasp of social studies.
The New York State's Attorneys office is reopening the case against the Trump Foundation...it seems this business wizard forgot to file for a charity permit or pay any fees while pilfering donations to pay legal fees for his corporate fines and purchase gifts for himself with money he accepted that was supposed to go to vets....this guy is a Bernie Madoff with a comb over.....I don't understand how anyone can put a speck of trust into anything he proposes let alone give him the keys to the country
Ha! Gary reminded me of the pot users I have worked with before, can't recall a damn thing when needed. But then, don't really give a shit either. There ain't any Margaret Thatcher' around but dang, We have Bibi, or even blurt out Putin! Better than coming off like a stoner.
Naw, Newspapers are like that. Did you know, there hasn't been a proposed tax increase that the Oregonian didn't support in the last 80 years. Now you wouldn't expect them to endorse a guy purposing to cut taxes, would you?
