3rd post in the thread links to an article that explains all of that.
    • Cloud DVR — PlayStation Vue’s unmatched cloud DVR allows users to record hundreds of shows at once and store thousands of hours of content.
    • Simultaneous Streaming — a single PlayStation Vue subscription allows users to simultaneously stream content across different devices.

There is a ton of info in this thread. I plan on taking Sunday and reviewing all the info so I can start to determine what will be best for me. :)

Did you ever up your internet from that 5mp service? You'll need to get the 50mp service before you can even think about using this.

Me too. Only thing I ever watch live is sports. Everything else is via DVR.

Thats funny, I DVR mostly for the sports, so I can rewind the plays that confuse me, or rewatch that killer dunk ten times , :)

You don't need to record them. Your DVR should be able to rewind live TV.

His DVR is most likely with his Comcast cable box. If he dumps Comcast he won't have a DVR.

    Comcasts DVR
    Exactly.

I bought a DVR once about a decade ago, but IT had some sort of copyright and I wasn't able to record hardly any tv shows. Only movies and from my camcorder, etc. Most shows I tried to record would give me an unauthorized copy not allowed message or something. I was pissed it was over $500.

I upgraded to the core package today to get CSNNW on Vue, but the channel isn't showing up. Does anyone else have this issue?

No I didn't. The thing I wonder about is how delayed the game is. I don't want to watch a game that's 2 minutes later than cable because it turns game threads into spoilers. I think that's how long the delay is though.

Half the game thread posters watch crappy streams anyway so you'll likely be ahead of them!

That's what I've been doing the past few years. I finally get something I can watch it in decent quality and the channel isn't showing up!

Watching the game on Vue tonight. I was able to start the game from the beginning a few minutes ago, since we were out until now.

It's really good; there are some rocks with the frame rate and resolution switching as my internet speed fluctuates, but I can fast forward thru the commercials fast and I'm catching up to live steadily. Definitely worthwhile!

Yea, my internet is lagging at 20mbps, but I just ordered 250mbps so I'm excited to see it then. With that said, I love PlayStation vue, saving 100 bucks a month from what I was paying for Directv and am not missing any channels

What kind of tv packages are you guys getting? Jeez. Save $100 a month by canceling directv?

I cant afford not to have comcast. $80/month not including taxes for 75 mbps internet, cable, streampix, hbo. Internet alone was gonna be like $60/month.

We have standard internet( I think 20 or 25) and we have two HD DVR's. Our bill is over $150 a month.
