    So who do you choose? Or do you choose someone else? [if so, explain]

    I havent seen Oden play because I dont watch much college bal, but Ive watched Durant before, but let me tell you this, this guy is an Adam Morrison with an average post game, he was jacking up NBA threes in a game they werent even in and wasnt helping himself by doing so. He has excellent court vision though, assisting his players when he was in a slump. Oh By The Way, I understand your posting this in the Sixers forum because they are getting a high lottery pick, but please, until they do get one, post in the college draft section.

An Adam Morrison with an average post game?Wow. I don't even know where to begin. Durant is a better scorer, rebounder, passer, defender, all around player. He's averaging 24/11/2 with more than 1.5 steals AND blocks a game, on 49% shooting, and 85% free throws, 12 double doubles in 19 games. I've watched Durant play many times this year, and this kid is a child turned man. You obviously didn't see how he basically carried Texas on his shoulders vs. OK State, even though they lost. If it wasn't for Mario Boggan hitting the game winner, Durant would be hailed a hero. In this game, down 5 with under a minute left, Durant hits a three, game goes to OT. Ties the game at 91 with a 3 with a minute left in double overtime, OK Stae goes up 93-91, Durant gets a block then goes the other way for a fastbreak dunk. Texas down 2, Durant gets a bucket under the hoop, and the foul, makes the free throw, they go up one, then Boggan hit the game winner. Heres a quote about him from an AP article recapping the game:<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Texas kept staying alive largely because of Durant.He helped lead the Longhorns back from a five-point deficit in the final minute of regulation, scored seven points in the first overtime and made two crucial defensive plays and a fast-break dunk to force the third extra period."Every time we scored, Durant would come back and make a play," Boggan said.Sutton called Durant's performance the best he'd ever seen by an opposing player at Gallagher-Iba."He's an unreal talent," Sutton said.</div>This kid is going to be a star. He can do millions more things that Morrison can do. Morrison is going to be a scorer at best, he's not a guy you want to build around. Durant is the kind of kid you want to build around that can score, rebound and pass. Especially with the size he has. To say that he's Adam Morrison is a complete joke, and one of the most ridiculous things that I've ever heard said on this board.

    Kevin Durant, without question. His basement is basically KG, so who the hell knows what his ceiling is going to be. I might just be saying that because I'm a Texas fan, but whatever...You can't go wrong with either one though, so as long as Philadelphia gets one or the other I'm happy.

    I would definitely take Oden over Durant. Kevin Durant is skinny and mostly just a scorer. Greg Oden is a total package.I guess I wouldn't mind him though. But just not a top priority.

That dude is a joke just can shoot the 3. Hey I do like him better the JJ Reddick though haha. How can you say Durant is like Morrison that is f*cked up.I have not seen Durant play, but here he is good.Oden I seen little parts of him play never watched a full game with him just parts of games when ever I got nothing to do.I rather take Oden big guys like that are hard to come by.I value big guys more that's why I am saying Oden. But you can't go wrong picking Durant.

    I would choose Kevin Durant the 76ers already have a young center who still has a lot of potential in front of him so I would rather them keep Dalembert and let him progress because I think he is going to be very good. The 76ers lack a sf which is what Kevin Durant would be, Kyle Korver isn't bad but he hasn't really lived up to what he was supposed to be and is really inconsistent.

Ow Yeah and Korver who I don't think we should keep like you said.Trade Sammy for a good pick next year, or young nice player if we can get Oden no way we pass on him it be stupid to. Sammy will never be good enough as we thought.

    If Oden stays in college, Sixers should take Durant.Both great players but if I had to choose well id choose Oden to join the sixers for many reasons which I can't explain now cause my phone is ringing and I wanna pick it up but I still wanna finish this post but meh [IMG] /;

    Ya Dalembert is finally having his best season this year but it really has taken him way longer than expected even though he has a long career ahead of him. They could move Iggy to Sg but ya I forgot about Carney he has been a good pickup for them this year.

    Everytime I say this to a Sixer fan they start freaking out. It's so funny. Just wait...Oden will not enter the draft. Plus Durant, well...Celtics have a better chance of getting him , you guys don't really need him since Iggy pllays SF and problably Durant will play SF in the NBA.

    Why do people keep saying Durant won't be able to play PF in the NBA? Durant is still only 18 and is constantly working on improving every aspect of his game including getting a better post game. By the time this guy is in his prime I will be shocked if he doesn't have both an inside and outside game. He's obviously got the size, he's been getting bulkier, and he has a great work ethic. In the future I guarantee he'll be able to play PF.

    On the who gets the first pick of the draft situation ..It's really going to be one of the three (memphis, boston, philly) and yet it's to early to tell, so people shouldn't really jump at things quite yet.

    No way in hell am I trading Iguodala, especially after the improvement he has shown in 20 or so games since the Iverson trade. This guy will be an integral part of our future, whether it be as option 1, option 1a (like Josh Howard to Dirk... we just don't have our Dirk), or a 2nd option.As for the Oden-Durant question: with the way this team is playing, and Iggy's continued improvement, we are playing our way out of the Oden-Durant sweepstakes.
