Did you even read the article? You're using palter to push an agenda. Here... I'll help you out.... ""Jack Stokes, AP's director of media relations, confirmed today that [photographer Dave] Martin says he witnessed the people in his images looting a grocery store. "He saw the person go into the shop and take the goods," Stokes said, "and that's why he wrote 'looting' in the caption.""
Last I saw The Organ Grinder was an all you can eat buffet. I go to the El Burrito Loco a block from there on occasion, which is where a Wendy's used to be. I still hit up The Avalon for a cheap movie a few times a year.
Chuck E. Cheese was a crappy experience even as a kid. We usually celebrated birthdays at the Organ Grinder or Pietro's Pizza.
I once pulled Chuck E's tail and he turned around and pinched my nose really hard. I learned my lesson that day.
Sunshine Pizza Express yo! Fuddruckers was a good time too. Man those were fun times, you go to Wunderland, parents give you like 10 bucks in nickles and you're there for hours, then grab some pizza afterwards. Shit, maybe we only got 5 dollars each. Also a few b-days at Skate World and the Watertube Park at Washington Square. Do people do shit like that still? Seems like a lot of the new birthday parties nowadays are so parents could show off.
Man, you are gettin' my memory flowing with the old days! We had some birthdays at: Big Dipper Arcade and Miniature Golf (was located on McLoughlin Blvd years ago) Ultrazone Lazer Tag near Oak Grove Movie Theater Games People Play Arcade near Clackamas Town Center Sellwood Park BBQ and Super Soaker water gun fights Oaks Amusement Park and Skating Rink We went to Fuddruckers for one of my birthdays. I was sick from eating some of the food and accidentally vomited while at the salad bar!
