May the seasons of Big Sloppi and his team come to a flying halt today.

Colby Lewis and the Rangers down 2-1 already, damn I thought the Rangers were better than what they've shown. All the quality additions they made to that team and their prime starters fail.

...Ha...Sox get swept !... with Ortiz leaning on the dugout rail...(batted .111 for the series)...fitting end.

...Indians celebrate at Fenway...fuck the Sox...their season ends no better than the Yanx' season.

Note to Boston Ownership: this series was the fucking you got for the fucking you gave Francona by not standing by him in '11. After that last out I laughed so hard I cried ditto the squeeze who is a great believer in Karma. Farrell looked really bitter at the post game interview, suck it up you arrogant bastard.

    ...^^^ to all

it's already time to celebrate. Big Sloppi Shrek will never ever be seen playing, as the shit bomb he is/was. Love how he went down in flames; que sera you fkng cheat, lying scum bag. No more A-Roid, no more shit bag Shrek....that's something to cheer about....

Nice to see Francona exact his revenge.....!!! I like how Francona used Miller, this last game, when he was needed most.

Now if the Cubs and Nats can put away both West Coast pretenders.

...^^^ Amen, coming from Canuck heritage blood, I've gotta' agree. Keep the World Series Trophies in the US, let Canada have the Stanley Cup...

"The Right Stuff" - how does one determine who's at the top of the 'right stuff' pyramid. To get there, one has to of perfected their trade, and have the 'right stuff' fate or luck as well, example:

Francona's use of Miller in games 1 and 3, when Miller's lefty hook was needed most.
    VS-
Showalter's failure to use Britton at all in their last & final game of the PS.

As mosy of you know I've always supported Girardi but if he were replaced and I could have my choice of managers to take the Yankees Francona would be my 1st choice, even over Buck.

...^^^ aye aye aye to that notion. Franco knows well, better than most, how to build a club, from scratch. Francona, is one Mgr out of a few; I'd want in the dugout. Another IMO would be the same Mgr I always tore apart, when he was in Tampa, Anaheim prior; and that would be Mad-Don. Go Cubs...!

Either way, yeah I'd not mind any of these 3 as Yanx Skippers, hell maybe even Sweet Lou if he's not to far gone. I always liked Pinella, especially after reading in SI, how Lou himself would take Donnie BB aside, one on one and show Don, what Lou was seeing that Don was not. I believe 'Lou for a skipper' was always a debatable subject on BSPN boards...? (but I'm not sure).

    Comparing both Buck and Francona:
Francona knew when to throw his ace southpaw closer (Miller), in middle relief, when needed most in the game situation; or management. While Buck slept, and let Britton warm up for nothing, when he was needed most, but never got the call; and the O's ship sank once again, with the skipper re-arranging chairs on deck, and playing the violin, aboard the Titanic.

Back to Girardi. I hope he gets a free hand in the development, placement and use of the Gang of Prospects. I pray he uses his Pitching staff wisely; and is given a staff capable of pitching to the 7-9th innings. These last few years of being on edge in the 5th inning, with the SP on the rocks, has grown old. Time to re-load...
