http://katu.com/news/local/tualatin-couple-with-trump-license-plates-bothered-its-my-last-name "You have three grown men yelling at a woman alone in her car, it's kind of scary you know," Trump said. "You don't want something to happen." Trump says he's not changing his last name or their cars' plates. "I'm sticking with it! I'm not going to let someone bully me out of my plate." Typical "tolerant" left liberal. Good for him. Fuck those people. Hypocrites.
Yep, when you think of intolerance, you definitely think of the left. btw, you might want to look into what false equivalences means.
Some do. Oddly enough, ones political bent probably influences ones word associations. Personally, I see more of what I would deem "intolerance" from the left. Those on the right are more likely to disdain someone for their ontology or choices. Those on the left seem more likely to demand others fall in line with politically-correct values. I view the latter as more "intolerant" than the former.
I can accept that you believe one is more "intolerant", but I think it's apples to oranges. Being intolerant of someone restricting ones rights (gay marriage) is not the same as being intolerant to gays being married because they're gay.
Bingo. As an example, I may not agree with things the left does, but there is no way in hell I'm going to act aggressively towards someone (for example, yelling at a lady in a car) because they are doing supposed thing. There is a huge difference. The vitriol and physical aggression the left spews towards people who don't fall in line with their beliefs is out of control.
I definitely see a lot more people on the "left" bullying people on social media to shout them down or make them fall in line when they have a slightly wrong opinion on something.
If my name was Trump, I guess I'd have to think about changing it. There's a reason you don't ever meet Bob Hitler or Betty Stalin. Also, if you don't want people to disagree with you, don't have opinions. If you do have opinions, don't complain of 'intolerance' when people disagree with you. barfo
Irrelevant to the issue being brought up in the article. The article is about the aggressive and hostile actions people are taking. Not just simply being in disagreement. Of course I know you live in BarfoLand so I expect you to not understand.
