Its been real dead in this Raptors section lately so what do you guys think will be the Raptors 06-07 season record? Will they make the playoffs? If so which seed?I think we could definitely finish above .500 but not by a big stretch...Im gonna say were going to finish 43-39 and win the Atlantic and finish 4th in the East.

But then we lose in the 1st round 4-3. And we also pick up a decent big man too during the draft. And we have some money to sign a few players that can help out team.

I think we could surprise a couple teams in the playoffs if we get home court advantage and everyone is healthy...think about it would cant we beat in the East at this moment? I think our hardest matchups would be against teams like Detriot, Washington and most of all Bulls (we can never beat em') but all those teams are probably going to finish near the top and were gonna get the 4th seed so we'd probably get matched up agasint Indiana, Orlando, New Jersey, Cleveland which im my opinion are all beatable teams.

Also I just want to add that the Raptors have one of the best records in the past 10 games, only Phx and Dal have better records in the last 10 with the Spurs matching our 7-3 record.

I think only one team in the Atlantic division would make it to the playoffs. The Raptors can be successful in the playoff if they play well. If we can hold on to leads and not let it go we would be fine. But then once the Trap comes out we lose concentration and make mistakes. We also need to play good in all 4 quarters and not just 3 and let the opponent come back in the 3rd quarter, since teams in playoffs tend to play much better then the season.

Well obviously 1 team from the Atlantic makes the playoffs but I think theres room for another as Miami, New Jersey and Toronto are pretty much in the same position in terms of their record, so im predicting Toronto to take the division so I think Miami and New Jersey will be pretty much battling for the final playoff spot...I would include NYK but I think they're slowly falling behind.

I think they'll make it to the playoffs and be like 5th in the east. Definately over .500

Miami and New jersey can easily come back to take the first spot. There are enough games left in the season.

I don't really see Miami and NewJersey battling it out for the last spot. Once Shaq is back, Miami will be the team to beat, and he's coming back very soon. New Jersey lost a Key Big Man for the entire season Kristic and Richard Jefferson to surgery who's out for a while, so they might fall back a bit. But I would say New Jersey has a chance for 8th.

I'd say right on .500, 41-41, and win Atlantic. They get knocked out the first round, though, in 7 games.

I think that the Raptors will finish the season 39-43 and finish second in the division behind the Nets. The Raptors arn't gonna keep this up and when the Nets get everyone back they will win the division.

I say 41-41....with the 4th seed...if they play a team like Orlando, they certainly do have a chance, because the Raptors have winners on their teams and playoff experience. Anthony Parker, Jorge Garbajosa and Andrea Bargnani all won in Europe. And Mo and TJ have good experience in the playoffs. And one name not on the radar that can step it up in the playoffs is Rasho Nesterovic, a champion with the Spurs, he can be that key guy that shuts down guys like Dwight, Shaq, Sheed, Jermaine...this team has a good chance of going to the second round if they play an unexperinenced team like Orlando or Miliwaukee.MosDef...really liking your sig, can I wear it?

ahaha Yeah go ahead I think I stole it from some other forum and used it here.... and I agree with you about Rasho being like the X-Factor for the Raps if we makes the playoffs, hes had alot of impressive defensive games this season so far, most noteably against KG.

The Raptors are getting better each game so I think the record will be 45-37

I said 41-41 before the year because I knew they'd be better, but now I think they'll surpass that. I think 45-37 is a fair prediction. Huge improvement.
