He might of not won a ring without Kobe, but Kobe sure as hell wouldn't of won sh*t if it wasn't for Shaq. And same goes for Wade. LeBron clearly traveled, I will agree. But didn't he have ANOTHER game winner? Oh yeah, if we didn't win that game we would of had a game 7, thanks to Damon Jones' game winning 3 pointer. Oh Yeah, we also took the best team in the NBA to 7 games, and almost won game 6 if it wasn't for Flip Murray.

You are really certain Kobe won't win another ring? How the hell do you know? With Andrew Bynum up and coming, Phil Jackson as coach and Kobe doing what he does, all the team needs is some more experience and for everyone to get healthy and the Lakers are title contenders.
IMO, Kobe needs more players around him, and I know for a fact he wont get by Dallas, or the Suns, for time to come. And Kobe is not going to be in the NBA for ever now.Tim Thomas was on the Suns, Flip was on our own team and was a ball hog and went like 1-15 and handed the other team the rebound.Good Luck trying, I would really love L.A vs. Cleveland in the finals. Would be a great match up.
I told ya'll Wade would win it. Bron is too slow, Paul couldn't hit the passes, and Kobe did better than expected but was also a bit too slow and couldn't make the passes. Can Wade make it 3x next year? I'd love to see him vs the likes of Nash and Kidd.\ (both have won it).
This was a boring event. They pretty much jogged the whole time. None of the 4 participants cared. That's why they need to get young guys who aren't superstars to do this: because they might actually try.
ah damn if Kobe got the passes then he wouldve won but he still got under 30 seconds in the first round and beat Wade so yeah sucks though he couldnt finish it off and I also thought LeBron was going to be runner up.
Kobe just gave up in the end. He couldn't handle the pressure. But then it was kinda boring. They were just jogging and just being lazy. They had no thought of wanting to win. Except for Wade in the final one where he actually ran.

Wade can run about 4 times faster than he did in the final one. The event was a joke.
yeah I dont get why they were going through the cones so slowly. they were pretty much just walking through there, especially in the first round. that was pathetic. even in the final wade didnt really move as fast as he actually can. they could probably beat the all time record by a couple of seconds if they actually tried.wade could have had the record but he did some kind of awkward layup at the end. I was like wtf for like 5 minutes straight trying to think of why he did that

The Suns won with skill, not refs. And they also won with 2 blowouts without their 2nd best player and also their best interior defender. Did Phil Jackson say he was coming back because I always thought he just came back for the 3 years to add on to his retirement fund with that great amount of money he got. Also, Shaq was very dominant back then and could've at least taken that team to Round 2 with those role players. Kobe hasn't proven anything as a leader. Guys like KG, LeBron, Nash and whoever else's accomplishments are being put down because of not winning a championship all would have dominated the rest of the league with a guy of Shaq's caliber(especially KG, seriously...that would be a very scary front court duo). Sure, Kobe was a great part of that team, but Shaq was much more important to the Lakers championship chances and it shows if you look at the team records without Kobe and without Shaq at the time. So yeah, Shaq did need Kobe, but if you take the second option away from every single championship team I doubt 5% of those teams win it. Shaq was the reason they won though, I wouldn't say Kobe is above anyone because of the rings when he had him and arguable the best coach of all time.I won't say Kobe won't win another ring though. He has about 4 years of dominance left in him and they have a decent team right now so you never know. The Suns will have some off years soon, the Spurs are going down and the Lakers already give the Mavs some trouble now. I think they could make a serious run in a couple of years. They need to fix some areas on that team though and if Jackson doesn't return they need to have a good back-up plan.
Anyway, I guess when it comes to throwing balls through little hoops, don't F*ck with Wade. We'll call him the "hoop" king.
