We switch on screens too damn much. We just tried to switch on a screen when we didn't even remotely need to and it resulted in an open layup.

 

Here we go blowing another lead.

 

Stotts loves to switch on screens. That's why Dame always ends up guarding Dirk

 

Big Plums size is giving them problems inside. I'd like to see what Vonleh can do to them in the paint.

 

At least he called a fucking time out, instead of waiting for Dallas to go up 10 points.

 

Think, ET. Which shot would we prefer they take: crippled Wes trying to horse up a shot over Dame, or wide open 3 by a guy who is currently shooting 50% in his first 4 games?

 

It's stupid. And lazy. We need to work hard to stay on our assignments at all times through whatever screens. But we often see a screen and give up on it and switch.

 

I can't tell if Stotts wants them to play lazy defense, or the players are just lazy and aren't held accountable.

 

Good time out but 2nd need to be ready to play when they go in it seems like the other teams automatic get run.

Im not going to predict anything, but it would be kind of ironic if we didn't make the playoffs this year when we were predicted too while last year we did make them when we were predicted to contend for the first draft pick.
