    Is Matthews still a quality defender or has his torn acl really limited him? Anyone know. I mean I like seeing Dame blow by him, but he does not look the same and I always hope nothing but the best for him

    Poor Wesley, just not the same player he used to be.
    Though I'm not sure he ever had the quickness to stay with players like Lillard/Irving/etc ~... at least consistently. Now though he has no chance.
    He was always better guarding players not as quick, ala Harden/old Kobe.
    Dallas has such poor defending guards... Matthews is their best by far and... Now he's out with a Knee bruise I hope.
    Really do wish the best for Matthews even against Portland...
