Do teams that if you just look at their records seem to be pretty bad teams, but on the other hand have some rising stars on their team...like the blazer, bobcats, sixers, and warriors
Uhh...Yes? That is generally the pattern. Do bad-Get high draft pick-Get rising star.It's not really that complicated.
Haha this thread is so weird. It seems like theres not point to it at all Obviously that's how its going to work, because like el capitano said, if you do bad, you'll get the best players in the draft.
