:wtf1: Thank God. On cavs.com I've had a fan club for about 2 months now. Hopefully if we lose, we can see that it's because LeBron is injured more than Gibson starting. Plus I love the move against a fast paced team. We need offense to counter them. Our below average offense has no chance of keeping up no matter how decent our defense is.It was reported from Brian Windhorst, a well respected writer in my opinion.http://blogs.ohio.com/cavaliers_blog/It's possible. Don't blame me or Mr. Windhorst if the story is not true. He's just saying what he expects from what Mike Brown told him.Anyway, Hughes and Gibson do not play well together. If you check on 82games.com you will see how badly they work together. I hope Pavs and Andy get alot of time tonight. James plays best with Gibson, Jones, Pavs, and Varejao. Varejao works well with both Pavs and gibson..so I'd love to see alot of those three. LeBron may not even play today. I hear he is, then he's not. I seen Mike Brown expects him to play but on Cold Pizza they are saying he should be out. Who knows. Hopefully this helps the Cavs get a spark! Although Gooden doesn't work well with gibson either so our starting linep will have to adjust some.. I'd love for Varejao to start now..It makes more sense now then ever. We're getting rid of perimeter defense. We ned to get some interior defense out there. We now start 5 players who can score. Only 3 can defend. I think Varejao provides balance and he can score when needed to. Go Cavs!

So far we only seen Gibson play with Hughes 1 or 2 games. One of those games Hughes was off, and another LeBron was out.I can see Hughes and Gibson working fine together, I wanted to see Hughes, Gibson, and LBJ all season long. Pavs will be getting a lot of time tonight because James will be out. I see him having a solid night, and we are going to need some good stuff from Hughes and Drew tonight also to pick up the W.

To bad LeBron won't be in there to help out...I hope Brown lets Gibson do his own thing, don't try to run that slow it down half court offense that Snow did, I wanna see him get out and run.

When snow is in the game, he doesn't even play the PG position well. As soon as he gets the ball, he passes it to Lebron, who pushes the ball up court, and looks to set up the offense. Sure snow will get games of 11 assists or so, but thats a rarity. Thats the cavs problem, there inconsistency kills us. Gooden will have games with 20 and 10, but then come back the next game and put up 7 points 4 Rebs.

We don't run any plays for Gooden..We should incorporate him into the offense more..I really do hate Snow. It takes him 6 seconds to bring the ball across the timeline only to pass the ball to LeBron...Gibson can do that in 2 seconds and we would have at least a few more seconds of shot clock to work with. Snow is almost worthless, except the fact that he is a versatile defender which is usefull...But since we know that why didn't Brown put him on the bench sooner, and when we're playing a team where a perimeter guy is going off, bring Snow out to try and stop him?

I agree on Inconsistency. It is killing us really bad.If only Gooden could put up those numbers every night, if Hughes could played all good games instead of having 3-4 good ones and then a ugly one.(ex, Suns game)We need to fix this problem before playoff time comes around, or we will not be going far at all.

Hughes will never be consistent because he doesn't have a good jump shot..Never has. He's a slasher, and this year it has been like 70/30 him shooting jumpers compared to him driving. I wanted to drive a screwdriver into my skull on Sunday, watching him continue to jack up shots and miss made me sick. This is what assistant coaches are for, tell the player he is shooting badly. In the beginning of the game we got our points in the paint at will, then just started taking jumpers. I don't understand it.

Your right. Hughes was always a slasher, and as you said seeing him take all those jumpers was horrible to watch. Another thing with Hughes, we brought him in to be a defensive stop, but I really don't think he is living up to his first or second team all defense status. But when he was the all defense player, he got there because he played the passing lanes and lead the league in steals. I really dont think he was ever that great of a man to man defender.

And his 1st season with the Cavaliers he got hurt put played threw pain and put up good numbers. No, he hasn't lived up to his contract, he is over paid. I don't see Hughes going anywhere anytime soon, so Cleveland fans will have to get used to him. He wont be the same player as he was with the Wizards. Pretty much because our coaching staff just is lost out there. Hughes has played solid Defense this season tho, I wouldn't say much about his Defense, just his offense. I know he is scared of getting hurt, and he is so up tight about the Fans here in Cleveland and he wants to be on there good side. But what he really needs to do is just play his game, and not worry about what the Fans think of him.

Well yes he has been hurt. But since coming here, his steals per game averages have dropped, and so have his defensive rebound per game. I was excited when he came here, and with that big contract, I feel he is just not living up to it as you said.

Wasn't he one of the leading rebounders at the guard position in the league the year before he came to the Cavs?

It is just not fitting with the way Hughes game is. The Cavaliers are trying to make him into a jump shooter, but what he is really good at his driving to the basket and playing good Defense. They need to understand Hughes game and see what he wants, and see what would work for him. Clearly jump shooting, is not his main game here... [IMG]

Our coaching staff is inexperienced, This is Mike Browns first head coaching job, and our assistants really have little experience as well.

Mike Brown has just gone nuts this season, and I want him out of Cleveland. This may be his 2nd Year, but we need much better and someone that knows more. How can he say we need to work more on Defense because it is that bad, and he is here for DEFENSE!!! After the games, we got LeBron saying it's the defense, and Brown saying it is the offense...

Mike Brown has no control over this team. They will listen to what Lebron says If lebron says don't panic, the team will listen to him. I want to see Hubie Brown on the cavs bench. We need a veteran coach who players will listen to.

Agreed, LeBron pretty much coached this team and played amazing basketball last season. I am thinking that took a lot out of him last season. Cavaliers could use a coach that knows what he is doing, and again, someone who they will listen too.

So I wouldn't blame Romeo just yet.
