I'm disappointed that Gomes didn't get in. He really wanted to be in the game, and he's truly a very good player and works harder than everyone else. Too bad.
Well so far this topic is consisting of fans complaining about their team's player not being in. Can we put aside the homer remarks and talk about the game and who you like to win. I like the Sophomores in this one. Pretty easy to like them, considering how stronger their draft class was compared to this years. The makeup of the team is pretty solid all the way down, and despite my fav being Morrison, sophs should take this one in AND1 style basketball game!
Well, maybe Warrick and Gomes will do some dirty work :brucelee: and mysteriously two sophomores get terribly hurt.
Wow I am very surprised Warrick didn't get in. I like the sophs in this game too because they're drafft class was a lot better.
Damn. I wanted to see Jose make it. But I guess there is no room for him. I'm excited to see Andrea and Garbo play.. Garbajosa = oldest rookie to make this event?

ya, Im disappointed no Carney either...hopefully they will make it up to him by sending him to the dunk contest
is CP still injured? if he is I wonder if he'll make the game. hu could take his spot if he can't play?

But if not, I guess Nate Robinson could take his place. :thumbdn1:
I'm not a homer. I didn't say Maxiel deserved it. I said LaMarcus deserved it. A Portland player. Sophs will win easily. I think that next years Rookie--Sophmore game will be the best. The 2007 class is stacked, and the 2006 class is below average.
Well, it is obvious that the sophomores are going to dominate this game. There is such a difference in talent differential...The sophomores always win these games anyways, but I think this year should be espeically lopsided. Andrew Bynum is going to open up a can of woop ass on the rookies. There isnt anyone on the rookie team that can guard him in the post. Nobody is big or strong enough....
