If you look at all our games this month, if we won those three 1 point loss games, we would have won 12 out of our last 14 games. Even without those, we are 9-5 this month so far. I think that we are playing really good basketball, and without a few shots at the buzzer, we would be leading the division with a above 500 record.

Plus 2 games above .500. You guys had 4 of those games. And you guys are 2 games under .500, so you guys would 2 games above as well. So really, we would still be in a deadlock.
Wow, I'm watching the Nets vs. Magic right now. And I am shocked by the play of the Nets.They are getting blown out 67-97 and 10 left in the 4th. What the hell is wrong with this team?

Wait, I think I have a clue why? Lets see, the only GOOD players we have now are Kidd and Carter. Carter has to score like 40 a night for us to win. Look at our other 3 people: Wright,Collins and Moore. Wow, thats a scary trio. You guys are being stupid, any team with this amount of injuries and bad luck is going to lose. Lets see if I took the knicks front line out, you really think they are going to win? (not like your winning that much anyway) or are you going to have problems like the Nets?
Umm. I remember you saying that the Nets will take the lead with Jefferson out and all those injuries because they tend to play better. But right now they have been playing like trash, and all those teams should be beatable. It's time for a trade buddy.

If RJ comes back strong we could make a run for the division. You never know with these teams. The only teams that have no shot are Boston and Phily. <span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS">I'm an Atheist, yet I find myself praying that the Nets will make a huge turn around and take the Atlantic Division at least. I'm surprised at how many games we've lost at the buzzer. Ever since Vince hit that 3-Pter at the buzzer versus the Utah Jazz, the Nets have had a mudslide in keeping up with opposing teams on opposing courts... At home, it seems like they play their best, but the other team just seems to keep that energy with the starting 5 and the bench players. The Nets need to play on a consistant pace, man. This losing streak is getting horrible.</span>
Well the Nets barely beat the Hawks 87-85. They finally get a win. But hey look at the Raps. There still cruising in the Atlantic with their 4th Straight win. And raps aren't looking to slow down if you been watching them lately. And also Carter wants to go back to Orlando, somewhere in that region I believe. So he might be dealt to Orlando. But I doubt the Nets will make a run right now in the Atlantic.
the nets are done. we've seen the end of this "dynasty" if you wanna call it that. they made their appearances in the finals and got embarrassed by the lakers and spurs. they can still compete but they're not going to dominate like they used to. didn't they have like a 15 game winning streak last year or the year before that. I think it was when lawrence frank became the coach too. they're struggling against teams that suck. Yeah kristic and rj are out, you still have two all-stars in the backcourt. the team has lost their confidence as the season has progressed and the awful free-throw shooting is evidence of that. it's gotten worse each month. they're not making any run for the divison. the raptors clearly are running away with that. they're playing great.
When they hired Lawrence Frank it goes way back when it was the last year for Kmart and the Nets. But ya they are done, I would have to say unless some huge blockbuster trade is done to improve the team. They need to start fresh and get in some young players.
