And ASUfan, the Suns didnt play good defense what so ever. Tony and Manu were pretty much able to do whatever they wanted the entire game, our role players had wide open shots the entire game(they just couldnt make anything), and Tim Duncan had easy chip shots right around the basket that he couldn't finish. The Suns actually played terrible defense tonight.
Suns with a big win by picking it up defensively in the 2nd half allowing only 34 points. There are times where they give that much up in 1 quarter alone.

Superstars, not even all-stars, except Marion, miss shots like those unless solid defense is being played and Amare played good defense on him. Duncan scored like 10 points and made like 2 shots in 3 quarters. The Suns also had 11 steals tonight. They scored 11 points under their season average at 39% when the Suns didn't have two guys that they specifically brought to play defense against San Antonio. The Suns also outrebounded San Antonio by 10.
Dude, Tim Duncan missed chip shots from 4 feet away from the basket.....That has nothing to do with Amare's defense. They werent heavily contested either. He had a bad game. That had nothing to do with Amare playing good defense in the last 3 quarters. Its just that he played terrible defense in the first quarter. And if the Spurs could shoot worth a sh*t tonight besides their big 3, the Spurs would have won this game easily. They had SO many wide open uncontested 3's that didnt go down. Bruce was cold, Brent was cold, Beno missed 3 or so easy shots, Finley was off. It was a disgusting shooting game....And I would credit the steals to terrible passing by the Spurs. At least two of the steals that I specificly remember where terrible. One was a pass by Oberto that Barbosa picked off, and one was a pass by Brent. What a disgusting game by the Spurs....

Im an angry fan right now....Im not gonna lie. haha...but ANY other night even agaisnt Amare, he makes the majority of those shots. He was missing gimme's. Why is RC Buford such a dumb ass. Turning down Maggette for Brent Barry and Beno Udrih, and last year, turning down JR Smith for Barry. God I hate that man. I met him when I tried out for his summer team last year. Hes an ***hole.

Amare's a tall man with some long arms and he's not the pathetic defensive player he used to be. I won't bother you with that though. I was pissed off with that 0-6 record for so long and I wouldn't want you to be upset until the next time these teams play.

I won't count tomorrow's game against the Boozer-less Jazz either...only teams at full strength mean anything to me.
^You should have counted the game against that Jazz...since they have the Suns number...and beat them IN PHX without Boozer, lol.BTW I think have a worse record than 3-5. The Jazz and Mavs have beat them 5 times by themselves, lol.

Hopefully that whole learning from your losses thing takes place. I'm disappointed that they got the L. They just didn't get the bounces or the calls, everything was going the Jazz way. Utah played better but we still had a chance to win. We really could have used Kurt Thomas last night since they were abusing us on the boards. Kirelenko blocked Amare. Amare had the better game but it's painful to see people block Amare like this. If he had those 4 more inches on his jump Duncan and Kirelenko woulda been embarrassed. The Utah Jazz are to the Suns what the Lakers are to the Mavs. They worry me more than the Spurs....And to add on to my sadness, Millsap didn't even have a good game for my fantasy team!!!!!!! Dammit! Still better than anything Brezec did though.
