I guess I wasn't too far off when I asked in a game thread (after watching him turn it over again) if the pace was so much slower in the East. Here he says: "The pace of it [in the Western Conference] is crazy." https://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/...ly-portland/B0HDaiIHCS9g1LluiDGeiI/story.html
Boston Globe article on Turner: https://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/...ly-portland/B0HDaiIHCS9g1LluiDGeiI/story.html [oops - should've looked at previous post!]
"The thing Evan Turner said surprised him about Portland? The rain. Turner said he was unaware that it rained so much in Oregon, despite being in the Pacific Northwest location and its proximity to Seattle." It's as if the author of the article, and Evan Turner, doesn't realize it rains less in Portland than it does in Boston
I don't know what they're talking about, it never rains down here! Evan should have bought a house down here and commuted by plane if he hates rain that much!
