I don't think so dog. I would not burn a flag and I do expect we stay inbounds.

Relax.. :) I know, I was just being facetious. Mainly because when I look at the riots downtown, all I see are the young Portland retiree shitlords.

It's called arson. if you want to waste your money and buy a flag to burn it on your own property and then film it to be trendy on facebook go right ahead. I support your right to be a jackass and i reserve the right to ignore jackasses. if you burn it on my property im pressing charges and youre going to jail for arson. if you burn it in a public place then dont get mad if i miss the ground and you get beach nut in the eye.

    :)

Maybe because that's all the media wants to show you.
    Can't have it both ways.
Or maybe you can, politicians certainly attempt to.

    Good! Just like that.

A whole lot more locally needs to be done all over the country.
"The state of Indiana also plans to give economic incentives to Carrier as part of the deal to stay, according to local officials."

Like due to the way schools are funded in Oregon, many people are short sighted and are not interested in increasing the tax base with new industry or even keeping the old.
There are discussions going on over bringing in an new plant on Coos Bay. The objectors point out correctly, that it will do nothing for the school district funding since an increase in the local taxes
will be met with a equal reduction in State funding. Something not right with that reality since the County is already well below the average per student state wide. I have mixed thoughts about this, but I sort of come down on the side of a Federal voucher system giving direct control to the parents to select the school of their choice where ever it may be. It is too important to the nation not to get this right, all citizens and authorized residents must be educated so they can function as voters.

    Then this is true too;
"“This is a spot solution,” said Mohan Tatikonda, a professor at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. “If it goes through it helps some Carrier employees for a period of time, but it doesn’t address the loss of manufacturing jobs to technological change, which will continue.”

We need to embrace seeking competitiveness though technology and automation, so that jobs (Companies) can stay here instead of move to other places. While a business can never run
the place for the workers, it can remain loyal to those it has with cooperation. Moving to the lowest cost labor and the lowest taxes has no guarantee of success, for many obvious reasons.
It is much safer to remain with known employees and the rule of law when remaining profitable is possible.

A woman meets a man in a bar. They talk; they connect; they end up leaving together..

They get back to his place, and as he shows her around his apartment she notices that one wall of his bedroom is Completely filled with soft, sweet, cuddly teddybears.

There are three shelves in the bedroom, with hundreds and hundreds of cute, Cuddly teddy bears carefully placed in rows, covering the entire wall!

It's obvious that he has taken quite some time to lovingly arrange them. She's immediately touched by the amount of thought he put into organizing the display.

There are small bears all alongThe bottom shelf, Medium-sized bears covering the length of the middle shelf, and Huge, enormous bears running

All the way along the top shelf.

She finds it strange for an obviously masculine guy to have such a large collection of teddy bears. She is quite impressed by his sensitive side, but don't mention this to him.

They share a bottle of wine and continue talking. After awhile, she finds herself thinking, "Oh my God! Maybe, this guy could be the one! Maybe he could be the future father of my children?"

She turns to him and kisses him lightly on the lips.

He responds warmly. They continue to kiss, the passion builds, and he romantically lifts her in his arms and carries her into his bedroom, where they rip off each other's clothes and make hot, steamy love.

She is so overwhelmed that she responds with more passion, more creativity, more heat than she has ever known.

After an intense, explosive night of raw passion with this sensitive guy, they are lying there together in the afterglow.

The woman rolls over, gently Strokes his chest and asks coyly,

    'Well, how was it?'

The guy gently smiles at her, strokes her cheek, looks deeply into her eyes, and says:

'Help yourself to any prize from the middle shelf'

No such a thing as a bisexual man. You're either straight or gay. You mean you give, but don't recieve? Do you keep a women as an option to ease your political affiliation.
My stance has always been that if you have sexual thoughts about another man, that you are gay. Bisexual is a neat card to play though.

Not sure why the thread continued after this post. I'd never burn a flag but I'd fight for anyone's right to burn it. What I would burn is a Confederate flag or a flag with a swastika on it. I burn those right in the middle of Pioneer Square.
