    as soon as i read his '94 feet court, but to me is the 6 inches between the ears that matter' quote, i knew this was a waste of time.

    i love the team, i think meyers is a waste of money and space.

    blind allegiance to anything isn't my thing, i prefer to have an opinion about things aka the above.

    He knows he's unpopular, so I'd guess that he hired a PR firm and they made this 7-minute film. The slow boring tone communicates mental depth and character. I got through 20 seconds before turning it off.

    I'm not much if a fan of him as a player. A dude who plays for our team is talking about his life story and all the things he's had to go through and you say you knew it was a "waste of time" when you heard a quote saying how important a good mentality is.

    Even though I might not like a way a Blazer plays, I will support them, as a player and as a person, and want them to succeed. I'm not gonna call them taking about their struggles and the things theyve had to go through as a waste of time or say some shit like "you gotta be kidding".

    Look, I've posted a few times about the conundrum that is Meyers. He's a great kid. He's such a good person and his story inspires me so much. I REALLY want to root for him.

    It actually hurts my heart for him not to realize his vast potential.

    it's hard to hate anyone you dont really know. i can't say i hate him, he's probably a good and decent person.

    but

    on this team, a constantly struggling 7-1 below avg shooting guard who is regressing in most aspects of the game yet has all the physical tools to develop into the type of player we desperately need, doesn't seem to be skewing that way at all.

    this to me is a negative for the team, as all the things he focuses on, he's nowhere near consistent or good at and the things we need from that position, he also sucks at.
    3.5 ish boards a game, less than half a block - it just frustrates the shit outta me. and we just dropped 50m on him?

    fuck me.

    nice guy, but please gtfo the team.
