The best you can say is that you don't know what is true and what isn't because we weren't there. But if what she said is true, raising your fist at somebody to imply you'll punch them is actually a misdemeanor called "menacing." Not a felony per se, but certainly boorish and definitely not a way to act towards a woman.
The fact that the woman can be a dick to another person because they don't like what they are selling, then when the recipient of the woman's shitty behavior responds in kind, and then the initial aggressor goes and makes a you tube race bait video about it, is complete bullshit.
