This thread is about Rasho! I think hes a big reason or at least one of the reasons the Raptors have been playing some great basketball is because of him. Like he doesn't demand the basketball or complain about minutes he just goes out and plays great basketball whether it is on defense or offense. I think this was a great pickup for the Raptors to get Rasho...even though the statsheet doesn't show an amazing line for him he is still really efficient.

Yeah Rasho is a great player. Really quiet, doesn't complain about anything like you said. He'll be noticed throughout the season.

He has played well the last couple of games with about 13 points a game. He does all the little things such as rebounding and stopping the best post player on the other team etc.

Does the little things with big effects like tipping the ball for offensive boards, making nice passes, scoring, defending, underrated.

Yeah....we were talking about this in the other thread remember Mos? He's just a very solid player, and he's a winner. He was on the starting lineup of the championship Spurs! And now he's here, that's pretty impressive.

yeah he is great. only bad thing is his annoying little hook shots that miss point blank.you'd expect a 7-foot veteran to dunk the ball when wide open under the basket.

yeah that was a good trade for the raptors aquring rasho but I guess the negative thing about it was his contract which stands at roughly 7-8 mil per season. Also just to note, Bonner apparantly has been playing really good basketball for the Spurs so its not like we robbed them blind. I personally never really get to watch much basketball games besides raptors cause im usually workin but my friend keeps tellng me how Pop' has really changed Bonner in the Spurs from strictly a offensive player to a defensive player!! And the commentators sometimes comment on how the Spurs are missing the absence of Bonner when hes injured....so apparantly hes getting the job done for them! Good to see such a good guy like Bonnner succeed.

Rasho is a nice solid center who we got for cheap. But the Raptors sleeper player is Anthony Parker, he does everything he has to well, just an overall solid player that is often overlooked.

Rasho, Jose and Parker weer all good pickups. We gave up trash that we didn't need for a big center who we needed, so Bosh didn't have to play Shaq and them. Since Jose came into the league he's been playing his hardest, and this past month was his best part of his career yet. He's been playing awesome when TJ got injured and not Jose is in the starting lineup until TJ is 100%. Too bad we couldn't see Jose in the sophomore team. Parker is underrated. He's a great shooter and team defender. His 2nd time in the NBA has sure told other teams that he should of been in the league.

Ford looked great today against the Clippers...I think we should expect to see him in the starting line up late in this week. With Jose going back to the 2nd PG position we'll have a strong second unit...also Jose should see an increase in minutes due to his incredible play as of late.
