Trump isn't even sworn in but he just landed a deal with Japanese CEO of SoftBank to invest $50 billion in the U.S. This MEGA deal will add an additional 50,000 jobs. If AMERICA keeps winning at this rate, @dviss1 may become a republican! http://www.cnbc.com/2016/12/06/trum...on-in-the-us-aiming-to-create-50000-jobs.html
Josh Ernist said Trump had to do 800 more Carrier type deals to equal the amount of jobs Obama added (let's not talk about all the jobs he lost with these additions). With this deal, he has 750 more to go. I like our chances!
Interesting hearing that this is likely tied closely in with Foxconn. My employer is also tied in with Foxconn, so I pay close attention to them. They have (relatively) quietly become a multi-national behemoth. They're also thisclose to swallowing up Sharp.
That's a damn good thing! I don't know about you but I definitely enjoy a president that isn't tied to one party.
The person that made the tweet had a typo. If you look at the article she used, it clearly said billion.
It SOUNDS good but......Trump has already started to back off on more than a few of his promises. Wake me when the money actually shows up and jobs actually start paying wages......until then it's just pie in the sky.....
i wonder what the details are, are they building factories? This is mildly interesting... "the $50 billion will come from a previously announced $100 billion international investment fund set up with Saudi Arabia, according to Dow Jones." Fuck Saudi Arabia, they are supporting terrorists all over the world. I really wish we could tell them to kick rocks.
