I tune into the game to watch the game, not listen to, let alone dissect every word the broadcasters say.

Maybe you should try my way next game.

 

I dont sleep well when we lose like that.

And next game... we face the warriors... so we are 13-16 already

The Blazers scored plenty of points. Their problem is not offense.

The wet tissue-paper defense on the other hand ...

 

Tough to have tremendous enthusiasm when the team is playing like crap. Much enthusiasm right now would just be fake homerism. Calabro amps it up when the team is playing well and is more subdued when they are stinking it up like they have been for most of the last couple of weeks. I don't want some guy telling me how awesome the Blazers are in a pumped up delivery when they are down 15 points to a scrub team.

 

It's noticeable early on in games, too. Noah could have a monster jam or Dame could pull up from the logo and it's monotone.

 

Heck, the lousy Bball put me to sleep almost the entire 4th qtr, these games are getting harder and harder to watch.

 

Everybody thinks tonight was bad, shit...wait till tomorrow

 

And please for the love of god if the blazers play better tmr stop inboxing me with the same "SEEEEE THEIR GETTING BETTER" bullshit

I told ya after the clippers game it doesn't matter this season is already very telling. We're trash defensively, it doesn't matter how much progress they make sometimes you just have to look at the personnel and realize nothing will happen

The last monster jam Vonleh had, Calabro came out of his seat. It was that one-handed swoop job and he was definitely amped up. Last night's Vonleh dunk, he was very monotone because it was at the end of the game and Portland was down 15 with a minute to go. I appreciate perspective. I don't want him going all Dave Neihaus when a single in the 3rd inning of a game in June brought the same heart attack as a walk-off home run in the Playoffs.

I get that he isn't as much of an unrealistic home constantly but that is what had started to bother me about M&M. I loved those guys but the broadcast had become too incorrect and too much against the refs. It was like they weren't even playing another team and if they were, it was almost always 5-on-8. Barrett would get call after call wrong because he anticipated the call in the Blazers favor every time. "Deep '3' from Dame....oh, it's a 2 they say." "Out of bounds, Blazer ball!. Oh, off Plumlee they say."

As I've mentioned before, it got to be a drinking game.

 

Let's call it like it is then! It was a bad game so your posting. That's just how it is. When you see a chance to be negative you pounce on it.

You need therapy or something, because that attitude can't be healthy for your normal life (whatever the hell that may be)
