Redskins need to lose tonight. If they do it is definitely possible The Giants can Clinch a Playoff Berth with a win this Thursday Night.
Let's go Panthers! These two teams do not like each other. There will be some nasty on the gridiron tonight. I think I will make a Crunchy Cheetos Casserole. Recipe to follow. Lol
Recipe: first prep chopped meat, beef & pork. Add .....an egg to every lb., Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, (optional: one diced onion or four diced scallions/green onions) salt and fresh pepper. If you want to spice the meat, add red pepper flakes.....one quarter teaspoon. Mix well. Brown meat in skillet. (Don't walk away from stove; you do not want burnt meat)...with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Boil four large size potatoes/Yukon Gold is best. Russet work as well. Take family size of Crunchy Cheetos. Half the bag place in Quisinart or blender . Course chop the Cheetos. Do not pulverize into bread crumb mixture. Put aside. In a casserole dish layer bottom with a simple tomato sauce. Put layer of chopped meat. Slice the cooled potato on top of the meat mixture. Make sure the meat is covered with the potato slices. Add course chopped Crunchy Cheetos on top of sliced potatoes. Then relayer the meat mixture and potato slices & the course Cheetos at least twice more. After final layer meat & sliced potatoes, place the whole Crunchy Cheetos on top. (If you like your cheese, slice mozzarella and place on top of each potato layer. Dot the cheese layer with tomato sauce, not too much. You never want to eat soggy Crunchy Cheetos! Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Great with ice cold beer or any beverage of your taste. Bon appetit!
Sounds delicious, then again anything made with Cheetos has to be good. I remember giving Ron my famous Cheetos Mac and Cheese recipe last year. Tonight I'm making Rib Eyes with an Italian Marinade. Panthers up 13-3 in the 2nd Quarter.
It's over Redskins lose and the Giants need one more win and they are in. Time to suck it up and beat the pathetic Eagles. Time for a Drink and some Cheetos.
^^^^^Vic, never would have thought they are that close. Now, if we can only keep the Rangers healthy come playoff time. I'm a happy man!
I'll be right over, drop in from the skies, hope you have some leftovers, it's a long trip for a ultra-light....
^^^2 of my Brothers in Law used to have a couple of those ultra-lights...they were nuts. After he finally talked me into going up for a ride with him, as a prank, Dwain decided to scare the shit out of me by flying us UNDER a power line...he succeeded. I still cuss him for it and he still laughs about it...the bastid !
lol....^^^^ they didn't happen to live just a mile or 2 north of Perry, perhaps, just off of Hwy 41 and Fox Run..... when we lived there, a dirt ultra-light (UL) runway exists(ed), just a few hundred yards from our old place; while those crazy pilots did things I'd never do without a chute..... you'd think I've flown one??? I have long refused, but they still fascinate me, but not enough to fly one. Had a good friend, who i helped build his (newer, bigger wingspan, stronger engine) ultra-..... on first takeoff with his new pos UL, he just missed clipping the power line, stalled at 50 feet, down he came nose first....wonder he survived, just a few broken bones, and one over sized head....! a solid week of work, down the drain in one scrap heap, lasted a good minute or 2....
...actually, the younger brother does live in perry/centerville....but the one who scared the shit of me lives a 1/4 mile away from me and their old "runway" is on our property...it's essentially a grassy strip between some trees that I mow with the bush hog...it's probably 100 yards long and about 20 yards wide.
^^^ watch out for those Pecan Tree's, Electrical and phone wires, billboards, tall pines along I-75... low flying Jets coming into Warner Robbins AFB. Will never forget watching a Shuttle flying into WR-AFB, via the awesome 747 Ferry Flight. Only 3 bolts, big mo-fo's hold those onto its 747, with no backup anything, not even a engr with a servo controller...! It's gotta' be a sight to behold, there on your property, ie the runway, and/or a madmen getting aloft, airborne, or land, .... safely... est ad astra
