Meh....He's playing a game. Look my prediction here is this is about fucking with the Chinese. If you are going to divide the planet between 2 spheres of influence, we've got a better shot with Russia because they have resources and the Chinese do not. Given the quality of advisors he has, I believe this is the initiation point if a strategy that will not be appreciated for quite some time. I'm gonna reserve judgement and see how things unfold. my prediction is this is about Putin and his crooks, trying to get in bed, and are already in the head with Trump.
