    Incomplete.

It applies in so many ways.

We don't have complete players. We don't have a single player who is above average on both sides of the ball. Way to many overpaid, one trick ponies. Sure, every great team has specialists. Defensive stoppers, great rebounders, instant offense off the bench, etc., but the core of those teams are guys who bring it on both sides of the ball. We have 0 players with anything close to a compete game.

Their effort, on a nightly basis is incomplete. We tend to suck for 2 or 3 quarters, get down by 20 and then wake up and start playing. Or, the opposite is true, we get out to an early lead and then blow it in the second half. There have been several examples of both. We have had very few complete games this year, where the team has played well in all four quarters. The last game I remember where the team played well for all four quarters, was the OKC game, which is the only game we've won in the last 10. These guys just don't bring a complete effort for four quarters. They don't have the talent to sleepwalk through half a game and still win. They need to play with energy and focus from the opening tip off to the final buzzer. They simply don't do that.

Our roster is incomplete. The theory is Olshey overpaid to retain assets so he could later use those assets as trade bait to balance out our roster. Well, if he doesn't do something soon. at least one thing will be complete. This season will be a complete waste.

    Top-Heavy.

We have two great players but the rest of our team is before average for their positions and roles.

Harkless is a below average 3rd scorer.
Aminu is a below average PF and a below average "best defender".
Plumlee is a below average starting center.
Our bench has been below average.

And you're doing a damn good job at it too! Lol. Hope you get better...

On the positive side, if it applies....
I've noticed it's a lot harder for people to tell I'm drunk, if I'm laid up in bed. You know- not stumbling all around the house, or down the stairs.....

The worst, the very worst, is Myers. I swear, I would be thrilled if I never had to watch him get ready, get set, and launch a 3 ever again. That's his whole repertoire.

$40 million for that one-trick? Wow, dude has a great agent.

    unwatchable.

even in 05-06 when we won 21 games i enjoyed watching to see przybilla try to fight everyone. at least he had heart.

today combine lack of effort with the worst defense ive ever seen with new commentators that sound like your run of the mill commentators with some of the most obvious biased reffing i've ever seen and i'd literally rather be doing something other than watching basketball. and that's bad because basketball has always been my favorite sport

    Constructed.....

This team is constructed like a baseball team that has a decent clutch hitter in 3 hole (Lillard) and a good cleanup hitter (CJ.) The rest of the team are made up of Rafael Belliard-type players for run support and Marv Thoneberry as utility man. This one is on Olshey.
