I'm going to have a field day heckling the Donald......I'm an optimist but he's not making that easy to maintain yet.
I'm judging by what he's doing, not by what people are saying about him. At this point. I expect the republican congress to actually investigate issues that rightly should be investigated - any claims that have reasonable evidence of misdeed.
She's going to be 80 when Trump's done with his 8 years. If people aren't happy with the way things were being done, Trump does things not the way things were being done, then there's a real good chance they're going to like what he does. There's a chance they won't, too. But if I were a Democrat, I'd be thinking he's getting reelected until it's obvious he's not.
OK. Reagan said, "When do we start the bombing?" But he never did. He did bring the USSR to the peace table and made peace. I wouldn't judge by what they say.
She couldn't run this time....they had to carry her onto her own bus....more of a Thorazine shuffle...by next election she'll have an electric wheelchair
The dems are still going to run a candidate for president in 2020. I didn't say she would win. Just saying that a pardon would officially mean she has done something illegal which would destroy her chances of running. Which would be a good thing.
So you are saying: If people don't like black truffles, well, Cheetos aren't black truffles, so they will like Cheetos. barfo
It's like saying people don't like your way of doing things. Trump isn't going to do things your way. People have reason to expect to not be as unhappy because we're not doing things your way. The grownups are going to run things for a while. Sit back and win.
Obama had Clinton over to the White House. She stumbled going up the stairs and Obama caught her. "Pardon me," she said.
I didn't say there are two ways, now did I? I only said that doing more of the same is GUARANTEED to make people unhappy. You know, unhappy enough to fire democrats at all levels of government.
I heard someone recently suggest that Ron Wyden might be prepping for a presidential run in 2020. I'm not quite sure how I feel about that.
He's a little lacking in the charisma department for that - but then again, by 2020, maybe charisma will be viewed as a negative, like intelligence was in 2016. barfo
Wyden doesn't have a 30 year history of abusing his office for personal gain and committing crimes while in office. It's not like the Democrats have anyone else to run who's any good.
Trump and Clinton were bad enough, we don't need the 3rd senator from New York to run for president. (For those that don't know what the hell I'm talking about Wyden's wife is a very wealthy bookstore owner in NYC, she lives there, his kids go to school in NY and the years he's not up for reelection he spends more time in NY than he does in Oregon.)
This, plus the fact that he talks like the cartoon character, Sylvester the cat. Thuffering thuccotash!
