In a move to shake things up, Brian Hill has decided to start Darko Milicic (Finally!) He scored a career-high 18 in their last game, and I think we could start to expect that from him. He would definitely help Dwight because now teams know if Darko is given the chance, he can go for 20+. I don't know why this is being done now. If you hold off on an extension for a player, wouldn't you give that player a little more time on the court to see whether he's worth it?

he looked good the other night against the knicks. I never actually saw him play before. he was a force in the post and the dude can block shots. good for him, I was starting to feel bad for the guy because he was picked 2nd and was riding the bench for the last 3 years. I hope he does well.

It was actually a good trade for both teams.Detroit got rid of two people that weren't fitting into the rotation, a first-round pick, and got some cap room by waiving Kelvin Cato_Orlando got a solid PG in Arroyo, and a 21-year-old center that has the potential to light it up on any given night. He's not a one-dimensional player. He's actually a factor on defense which is something that the Magic desperately need.Remember, he's 21.

No offense, but any 7 footer is a factor on defense. They just take up space.

They were contenders to win the East for a while. Why start Darko, an unproven big man who can disrupt the chemistry and screw up the teams amazing record? As we now know, the record is not good enough to win the East. So that's why they start him now.

At least he's getting more time to play then he was with the Piston's. But in 4 years 18 points as his career high isn't much. And the Piston's sure messed up picking him over Wade and Bosh. Imagine how good their team would of been.

I hope Darko improves into a great player. And, one of the best Centers in the league. But, those first 4 years are always going to kill him.

Im sure that Detroit would have loved to play their #2 pick a whole lot, but he couldnt get in the games because he was a liability. Now that he is in Orlando, Tony Battie has been playing better than him for some of the season, and is a veteran, so he has been somewhat deserving of his starts so far this year,Although, I am happy for Darko. I want him to succeed, and he has made progress since his rookie year, but he really needs to step his game up fast. For him to go #2 in that draft, people are always goign to be agaisnt him, and he needs to do something drastic to somewhat salvage his name.

Now the coach does what I been saying before. Finally Dwight, and Darko should have been starting together way before. Darko just needs starting minutes he will be aight I think. Not as good as some may have thought, but he be aight.
