That must suck for him and Bulls fans. He finally gets a chance to represent himself, and now is looking to be replaced. Probably it's going to be Rudy Gay. But then he's athletic and is compared to Shawn Marion. But then there are also 2 big men in the contest. And 1 big men is already enough.
Should be kicked out because of those stupid comments he made but hopefull they don't put another big man in the contest as 1 I even too much. I would also like to see Rudy Gay who is very similar to Tyrus Thomas.
this has already been posted in the other thread but yeah I mean im a bulls fan but I defintely dont support his attitude and if he gets kicked off then he had it coming. I just dont like his attitude even though I cheer for him on a normal basis.

Tyrus Thomas made a bunch of very stupid comments, and if the Dunk Contest wants to be taken seriously, they shouldn't allow a contestant to just "do whatever", and they should not invite dunkers who just want to do it for the money. THey need dunkers who actually want to win it, and contestants who will prepare, and try as hard as they can. Not some dumbass loser like Tyrus Thomas...
Ya. Stern need stern needs to rethinking about this. Why did he choose Tyrus over Gay in the 1st place. Now he knows he made a big mistake. But stern should think about it after what Thomas has said. He doesn't even care about being a dunk champ. He's just greedy and want money. I've been shown some dunk high lights of Gay and he sure does deserve to be in the contest no doubt about it.
This is pretty stupid. For Thomas to make all of those dumb comments about how he's in it just for the money, that's pretty stupid of him. Players are getting too money-hungry these days, I liked it better when players just played for the love of the game and not the money. Stern should definitely reconsider his decision, they don't need players like Thomas to take up spots in the All Star Weekend activities. They need to put somebody else in that actually deserves and will actually appreciate the invite.
